      **************** at Zeigler BMW of Orland Park and *** of the company run their dealership like there the mob or something. We wrote to the registered agent, and the *** of Zeigler BMW of Orland park a Cease and Desist, right to rescind, affidavit of truth, and pre-arbitration letter. ************** just disregarded my Bill of rights. ************** just kept calling me, emailing me by threatening me saying he will put a lean on my car and have me arrested. He also stated that know one informed him of no such matter of me sending those letters. Then I emailed him a copy of my certified recipients I sent to the ***, and the registered Agent. It seems like there not organized at Zeigler BMW Of Orland Park. They also came and repoed my car at 5 am waking up me and my neighbors taking the car. It was like a scene from Grand theft auto. They left skid marks all over my driveway. Which was an illegal repo by the way. My family and I are so embarrassed. My 14th amendment was violated thank God I know my rights and I will be fighting this to the end. No rights and no your consumer rights.

      I will never own a *** based on my experience at Zeigler of Orland. They are terrible and have little business integrity. For that, I refuse to ever purchase a vehicle from any of their brands/lots. I worked with one of their sales associates to identify a car. Unfortunately, with the pandemic-related chain issues, the car was not in stock. I couldn't even test-drive the actual model because they did not have any. The associate worked really hard to give me a comparable experience in an older model year of the same car. We go through the entire process and I decide that I will CUSTOM ORDER as the associate recommended. This would be best and allow me to customize the features to my specifications. That was on July 9th. I was asked to give a deposit of $2,500 which I "negotiated" down to $1,000. Fast forward to December 17th. The sales associate informs me that the car has arrived and I could start the financing process. As luck would have it, I was traveling abroad and I did not feel comfortable sharing personal financial information via email or the web. I told the associate exactly when I would be back in town and to hold the vehicle. I go to Zeigler *** on the date offered and learn that *************************** not only SOLD my custom-ordered vehicle but didn't even clearly communicate that he did so to the sales associate. It was a shock to both of us! All he could do was offer excuses about sales and consequences from *** corporate that didn't really have anything to do with me. I don't understand how a customer can order a vehicle and put down a deposit only to find that the car can still be sold. *** tried to convince me that he could get another car in 2-3 months. I wonder why he didn't tell that to the person to who he sold MY CUSTOM-ORDERED car to? So basically, he was so eager for the sale, he didn't care that I had waited since July and was willing to make me wait another 2-3 months. Bad business. He screwed his associate and me.

      Poor customer service. Spoke to service manager *** and still have not fixed the issue.

      I took my car in on 05/03/2022 to have 2 vacuum hoses as well as my PDC sensor harness replaced on 05/04/2022 @ 8am. When I picked up my vehicle, the speakers on the drivers side of the car including the steering wheel horn was no longer working. Mind you I listened to music on the drive to drop my car off and utilized the horn. They told me the problem was not their fault and that if I wanted them to take a look at it I would have to pay an additional $390. I just paid $1555.91 in repairs. They repaired my car and damaged other things yet I have to pay? How coincidental that I bring my car in for service and as soon as you fix two problems I have two more?

      The dealership sold me a lemon. I've only had this 2012 Mini ****** ********** for 3 month and it stalled on me twice. I had have it towed to the shop and the mechanic found some type of substance in the engine. In which, I am out of money with no automobile. I asked the salesman if the engine was good on this vehicle, he assured me and stated the mechanic told him it was in good working condition.
