All Season installed a liner for my pool and they were supposed to prepare the floor before installing the new liner but they did not fix the whole flooring and they just installed the liner over a damaged floor and few weeks after installing the liner that area where they did not patch started to feel softer than the other area of the pool and water started to build up.I contacted them and they said they will see what they can do about it and it has been months and they did not fix it and there is water between the liner and ground because they failed to do the job right from the first place. Now they called me and said if I want to fix it, I will have to pay them to come and fix it while It is not my fault that I trusted them with doing it right, I even have video that shows how bad that area of the floor was and they just put the liner on top of it.Business response

Hello,As a response to the letter that was sent from All Season, I would like to clarify that I been trying to get a hold of someone for months after I sent the pressure test that All season asked me to do and even when the diver came to check the flooring he said he could only feel a very small dent in the flooring and right after he left I jumped into the water and I could feel big dents in the flooring so I am willing to sign the draft that they will write that they will remove the liner and inspect the flooring underneath it but as the water been accumulating for a year now I would like that they drain the pool and inspect the whole flooring because That build up of the water might of damaged more areas of the flooring and if it is already was damaged due to the improper finishing of the flooring, I agree that they fix it on their expenses plus the check for the water And if as they claim the flooring was done properly then there should be no damage so I agree to pay $1000 for the effort as there will be no material used anyway. Thanks
