I purchased a sectional sofa from Magnolia Design and Consign on Thursday, June 2. The sofa was delivered today (Friday, June 3). However, the delivery people could not make the furniture fit though a doorway inside my home. Magnolia Design and Consign charged me the delivery fee of $125 (I feel this is reasonable as the delivery drivers need to get paid for their time), but they also charged me a $256.48 restocking fee. At no time during the sale was this told to me, it is not on my receipt from them, and it is not listed anywhere on their website. I do feel this fee is unwarranted as it was not stated at any point during the sale. I would hope to be refunded the restocking fee, but I also do hope that this business clearly outlines their policies for future customers to be fair and honest so others do not have the same issue.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The credit issue was resolved weeks ago with our bank/credit card company. The company has been refunded their money and there is no longer a double credit. Letter attached from Chase indicating the correction to the refund.
