I went to this medical group in 2021. They did a biopsy in 2021. They are billing me two years later for clinical staff time. I have had no contact with this company and went to ************ for treatment. I would not send my worst enemy to these quacks. I also made a complaint to ******** for billing irregularities in 2021.Business response

This was first sent to the wrong practice ****************************** has never seen this patient his urologist is Dr ******************************* What the patient is complaining about with his bill is regarding chronic care management which the patient agreed to. Our office Associated Urological Specialists does not reach out to the patients another company called Health Watch does this. Any other questions please let me know.Initial Complaint

the issue was 08/25/2022 ****** of *************************** in *********** this ****** stuff unprofessional and denied to provide me my medical record. in the morning 08/25 i asked to send me my medical record and they said hey are working on it. at 2pm i called aging and they said they know its urgent and they are preparing it and will send it by the end of the day. at the end of the day 08/25 some lady from this ****** called me (from phone # ************) and told me she will not give me my medical record. she said i will have to in person get to their ****** and sign medical record release for; she denied to accept it via e-mail or Fax from me. or they may accept that form from the doctor ****** i am going to and need my record for. after that she said that they will send my medical record to my doctor during **** days. and i m going to the doctor tomorrow 08/26. she did not care. this is unacceptable. my insurance payed for the service and i payed as well, she was talking to me like if i asked her something personal. i requested her to send my record to the doctor immediately as i am leaving country and i need my medical issue to be solved. its urgent and its my rights. she did not care. she was explaining me how many things she need to do tomorrow at her work and she wont have time to send my record to my doctor, which is also her job responsibilities. it was sound like i have to put my health and pain on side and prioritize that lady's problems. so, i am going to the doctor 08/26 at 11 am and wont have medical record and wont be able to provide full picture of my health in my past because of the stuff/service in this organization is unacceptable.
