      Be careful with this company. They will target you with an Instagram ad, no matter if you live anywhere near them. I live in **, while the store is in **. They will draw you to their website where they have a giveaway for a bridal gown and other items. After some time you will get a text, claiming you won a bridal robe worth $70. Now it should not matter where you live to receive the price but after calling, the lady on the phone told me they don't ship the robe. You would have to pick it up. So this is a clear SCAM. There are no rules on their website that explain you would have to pick up anything, in case you win. Also, clearly, they choose their ad targets, as anyone does.

      Do NOT go to this place! The manager and seamstress are just horrible! I paid $600 for alterations that were NOT done. The day of my wedding my straps kept falling off that she was suppose to fix and I had a weird dent on my hip from where she literally ripped my dress open. My bridesmaid dresses were a disaster. They order incorrect colors and sizes. They had no actual solutions for me. The seamstress ***** at her job and her attitude needs adjustment. Fire all the staff and replace with people who have customer service skills. ********************** please avoid!

      Dont ever go to house of bridesin orland!!!!! We just picked *************************** wedding dress , we had great service picking out the dress but WOW what a difference when they already have your money!!!! They Put the dress in the room then she was agitated she had to stay and help zip it up!! Then she left never to be seen again, I had to go find her to ask about alterations she just said it was a flat cost( which was about half of what I paid for the dress! I told her it looked like she only needed the straps and byssal, rudely got a response its a flat fee. And left again thinking she was going to get the alterations lady nope we waited again I went to ask I got the manager asked her and she was ***** then the ********** she said the same left then after a while came back with the alt. Lady which was just as rude if not the worst of them !!!! At this point no f-*** way I was going to let them touch this dress!! They left again at this point we got ***** out of the dress bagged it up and left! They never even knew we left . No congratulations, nothing !! we could have walked out with anything!! I went back in to give them a piece of my mind ( and if you know me Its not good to be on my bad side) they didnt even care!!!!! So DONT GO TO HOUSE OF BRIDES!!!!!!! ??????????????????????????????????????

      Thank you for your review and we apologize for any inconvenience. We reviewed your visit to the store and show our consultant, Jacky brought you and your gown to a dressing room and assisted with putting it on. Your mother asked Jacky for the cost of alterations. Jacky stated the price. Your mother then asked another consultant, ******* at the cashier for the cost of alterations. ******* stated the same price. The Store Manager, ***** overheard the conversation and approached your mother asking if she may be of assistance. She spoke to your mother and then walked over to see the fit of the gown. ***** looked over the fit and confirmed you would need adjustment with the straps and in the bust plus the bustle. ***** said she would get the seamstress to also check the fit. The seamstress was with an appointment but was able to excuse herself to see the gown on you. The seamstress explained what would need to be done for the best fit, however, your mother stated you would not have alterations at the store. The seamstress returned to her customer and the manager offered to help the bride out of the gown. The bride refused so the manager said to please call if the bride decides to have alterations at the store and complimented her on the gown. Alterations is a separate fee and an optional service. We have a flat fee, which covers any fitting to the gown. However if the gown requires minimal fitting, the seamstress may then quote a lower price. This determined by the seamstress and during the first fitting. Again, it is an optional service and customers are welcome to have their alterations done outside of the store.
