I would give them negative stars if I could. I brought my dog in with an emergency situation at 6:10 PM on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. He was in obvious distress with vomit all over him as well as me, but I was told by the front desk that the doctors stopped seeing patients at 6:00, even though I saw that ************************ jeep was still in the parking lot, and the website says they are open till 8:00 PM. They sent me to the Plainfield location during rush hour on a weekday. It took me over 40 minutes to get there, which might have been the difference in my dog's life. He died 5 days later. If he had received care within that time it took me to drive to another location, it might have made a difference. Or it might not have, but I'll never know now. I'm DISGUTED with the lack of care and compassion from this facility. If you just want basic, everyday vet care for your dog, this place is fine, but only if you like overpaying and being treated rudely by the front desk staff. I will now drive 40 minutes out of my way to take my dogs to the Plainfield location (which, by the way, is no longer affiliated with the Oswego location due to their bad practices) to receive better, more compassionate care from people who are polite and respectful. Run, do not walk, away from this facility as fast as you can...
