      We have used the Oswego Animal Hospital in the past and were always dissatisfied with their service and after our last visit sought to end our monthly membership. We have tried for months to call them on numerous occasions and our calls are always ignored despite calling multiple times a day at varying times. We've been getting charged $52.95 every month including these past 6 we've been attempting to cancel our membership.

      I cancelled my pet insurance at Oswego animal hospital twice and yet they kept automatically taking out monthly payments from my bank account without my knowledge or permission and i was not using them i stopped almost 2 years ago . I only found out this past April 24th 2023 when they tried to put it through my account but i had changed my debit card so it wouldn't go through . I spoke with 3 people at the place the last one was the manager **** and she said they did not stop the automatic payments but she would that day i asked for my money they have taken out of my account and she said no they won't reimburse me for it. I was paying for 3 dogs including my son's then i cancelled the insurance for all three dogs and they never cancelled my son's dog and without my knowledge kept taking out the money from my account even though i cancelled it Then a year later they called to try to get me to renew and i spoke with the person and told her no i don't want it she never told me that they kept taking money from my account for my son's dog then when they tried to get me to resign up i again told them no and i am not responsible for my son's dog i had cancelled all 3 dogs and **** my son's dog was included she asked me to ask my son if he wanted to sign up and i told her i would tell him they want to see if he wants to resign up **** and i did but he didn't call them back so they kept taking out money from my account for **** and never told me they were doing it . he would have to sign up for it himself if he wanted it and i would let hm know they called to see if he wants it **** said since he didn't call them they kept taking the money from my account, I asked her for her supervisor and she would not give it to me or her name i had to call back and ask who was that i was speaking with and the person told me ****. i have copy of the note **** sent me stating that i refused the insurance but they kept taking it anyway from my bank account. Please assist me.

      I signed up for a month to month based program for my dog. I was told i could cancel at anytime and was never provided with a contract. I called to cancel the service due to rude abs unprofessional staff. The staff here is abrasive to people and animals and never follows through on call backs. The ****** reviews show the same. I spoke to ******* who claimed to be a manager. She does not care about complaints or fixing any issues and says she will never pay attention to reviews. They would like me to continue paying or pay a fee. I was told i could cancel whenever. She says she has a contract i signed. I never did

      Good afternoon. The Petly plan is a 12 month agreement that does renew yearly unless it is cancelled by the owner. In response to the above complaint we have attached a copy of the signed contract that does state on the first page under exclusions and cancellations that if the client cancels for any reason they are financially responsible for paying the differences of services or the remaining payments. They have the option to pay whichever is less. There is also a 10% cancellation fee. This contract is signed by the owner K ******. I hope that this information is helpful.
