I bought my used ************************ 2008 from **** Walsh. The biggest mistake I have ever made I have had problems with this car.I took it to the shop a while ago for a different part. Currently, I am having transmission problems. The light has come on for the transmission signaling transmission is at fault. I took my car to a local dealer and they said I would have to take it to **** Walsh because the light was coming on due to a recall. I took the car to **** Walsh and they stated that the recall might be the issue and they wouldnt know to after the part was in. I asked when the part would be in they said they have no idea it can take up to 5 months or longer and told me I could not drive the car it would just have to sit at their shop. I asked if they had any rental cars they said they are all out. So im bascially out a car for a really long time and then when the part finally comes in there possibly could be another issue with the transmission.Business response

While frustrating, the current supply chain issues are often time the cause for repair and recall parts. We are unable to predict the timing of parts availability, however, our team is acutely aware of the inconveniences caused by this Global problem and will contact the client when the parts are available.Initial Complaint

I was in Bill Walsh Ford Lincoln Kia for an oil change on my brand new 2022 Kia ********** I just got it ceramic coated and had a do not wash mirror hanger in the window. They washed my car anyways not even with a touch less wash. They used a wash with fabric that touched the car. Which is a strict no no on any ceramic coating. When I called them out on it, they basically told me it was my fault, and the guy specifically said it was "stupid' I paid for a service that I couldn't wash my car with. I have NEVER been okay with my car going thru a wash that anything touches the car. And I spent a lot of money to put ceramic coating on my car to keep my car looking nice. For an employee to call it stupid is very off putting considering he's supposed to be in "management" at a car dealer. Learn to respect other people's property.
