DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE DONE NO WORK NOR HAVE THEY GIVEN ME A REFUND. WHAT HAPPENED: I paid my $999.00 for a publishing, marketing and distribution package in January 2023 and Book Vine Press has not done a single ounce of work nor have they been in contact with me nor have they given me a refund. Not only have they not called me back after a dozen tries on the phone, not only have they not emailed me back after a dozen emails to various persons in their company, they have not given me the refund I requested. My contact with their company, *************************, no longer has a working phone number and again, no one in the company is responding to my desire for a refund despite the fact that I have sent countless emails to the owner of Book Vine Press, ***********************. No response. Before I paid for their services, they spent 2 hours with me on the phone talking about what Book Vine Press offers to their authors and they sent nine emails describing all of the different services I was going to be able to take advantage of once I paid a special (marked-down for me) fee of $999.00. After I paid, I received one email saying that my PDF had gone into the hands of the design team. That was February 27th and I have not heard from them since despite countless attempts to contact them. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT WORK WITH BOOK VINE PRESS.

Book Vine Press seems like a real company. I have published a book with them. However, although it is published and I have paid thousands of dollars in advertisements, I have no information that even one book has been sold. My book is virtually impossible to find with a search engine unless you spend about two hours scrolling through hundreds of other books. The feedback I got from an ad on ******* linking my book to Amazon to buy was that my book was fake information and the audio summary had to be pulled from ******* videos. But I see a lot of movies, videos, and other books with similar ideas that are on *******. If search engines are programmed to make it impossible to find your published book, why publish it? Book Vine Press has been unable to provide me with any information on sales. I have hired other self-publishing marketing companies to market it, but it seems like a complete waste of money. Internet software is censoring free speech. It seems to be a combination of several factors that are blocking all sales of my book. I have no idea how to find a reliable publisher. Unless you are selling stories on war or romance novels, you cannot tell your story. I have no idea how to solve this problem.******************************* M.D.

This is a scam company. After they get your money, good luck getting them to call you back. You can't even talk to mangers

I was working with ******** by invitation for publishing and support in marketing my book. I reviewed their legitimacy and creditability as a company and they passed. Based on earlier BBB rating and company profile felt safe going forwardwith their services. I was assigned a senior consultant and **** was my only contact with company personnel. And she was all I needed. She was excellent in explaining the terms and procedures in this kind of business and conveyed my preferences to the production team without fail. I was able to share ideas and they improved my book cover beyond my idea. They seem to also take a personal interest in the book. Meaning they do read your manuscript. I recommend them they are organize and will help youin reaching your goal. The only negative to me was the lack of a brochure that advertise the company and their services. I took a dive and glad I did they met their obligations and I would use them again. The quality was excellent.

Despite many promo and pious thoughts , this is one weird company..There is only one person in contact with you, who all the time talks about having the contact the ***** ( is there really such thing or is it like Wizard of Oz). Even though they knew that my book was invited ( and prepaid) to the prestigious ***********************, they kept delaying till we missed the deadline. When I asked to have my books transferred to my Kindle account, they have , after stalling? done so but didnt remove their name from Amazon.Also the 3 IMDB numbers they were supposed to supply turned out to be invalid. Unless you are publishing a simple book of religious tracts or pancake recipes, stay away.

Great ***************** I have been working with Book Vine Press on expanding my books outreach and I am not disappointed. KR and her team have been very supportive. I really appreciate the integrity and confidence that KR exhibits. She has been very helpful and she takes time to explain ever detail of the process. This company is respected in the industry and they give me the impression that they care about my success. If you are working on a book and need help with the whole process, I would suggest you give Book Vine Press a chance. They will earn your trust!

I have tried to say NO so many times and they have moved forward with my book without my authorization. There seems to be a language barrier because both DC and JP are not understanding when I say no and I don't authorize. Very irritated and if I ever did decide to move forward, I would not pick this company just for how hard it has been.

**** P.I was with my prior publisher for 18 years and six books. I am so thankful Book Vine Press picked up my novel The Valley of Tranquility to re-publish it as a second edition. They have done everything and more to make it successful. ********************* is my go to person and he has never let me down. ****** is and has always been there for me. If I could I would give them even more then five stars.
