Municipal Collection Services LLC sent me a letter a few months ago (in February or March but I don't have the exact date) seeking to collect $50 for the ***************************** Municipal Collection Services LLC told me the $50 "debt" was owed for a parking ticket from the **************************** in July 2023. Having never been to ********** or even been aware of its existence until this letter from Municipal Collection Services LLC, I followed the instructions in the letter and disputed the validity of the debt, explaining that GPS data puts my vehicle in my driveway in ********, **, on the date and time of this supposed parking violation nearly 50 miles away. I sent this to the collections agency in writing through the U.S. ************** in early March. Now they say they never received it and I am now not allowed to dispute the debt and the only way to legally resolve the debt is to pay. It seems very suspicious to me that I have never been to **********, never received any kind of correspondence from **********, and suddenly a collections agency is trying to shake me down for a "parking violation" that can easily be disproven with GPS data.

I received a text message today from some place called Municipal Collection Services. I called the ***** number and they were trying to identify me and said a car I had 12 years ago had $1200 in parking tickets from ********* and ***************. There is no way this is accurate. When I told them that even if I had a few, the statute of limitations on debt collection has long past. They (falsely) said municipal obligations do not have a statute of limitations. I looked up the company and they are closed per the Better Business Bureau. Also 735 ILCS 5/13-227 states municipal ordinances are only collectible for 7 years.

I received a letter stating I owe $250 for a parking ticket in ******** ** 10/13/23 Ticket #P2522145. I tried looking the ticket up on the *******************'s website and could not locate a ticket. I went ahead and called this company. They tried telling me I also owe for a ticket from 2018! That's when I disconnected the call. Now when I look them up on the BBB website, it says this business is closed.

I dont live in ******* and ****** lived there for a couple years. Ticket number# DJYKBDBD. I want this off my account and to no longer be bothered by them.

I receive a red light ticket. And where I turn it states no turn on red when pedestrian is present. Show me in the photo where a pedestrian is walking. I'm tired of ************ with these red lights that's not accurate.
