My wife, ****** needed nursing care after having knee replacement surgery.Because she is a ******** recipient, the room and board at the nursing facility was not covered. Harmony required one months charges for the room and board before entering the facility. I gave them a credit card for the charge and was promised a refund for any balance if released prior to using up. My wife spent 20 days in Harmony (May ***** and June 1-13).My last correspondence with ******** in accounting was that corporate had to review charges and would send me the final figures, which they did.However, instead of putting the credit back on the card, which ******** said would happen, they just left on the books in the amount of $3518.70.When I called this morning, ******** is said to be on vacation, which was stated to me last week she would be returning 7/11.My credit card is due on 7/17 and would like to use the credit due me against the balance. Since my wife has been out of Harmony since 6/13, I feel I am being taken advantage of to improve their balance sheet. All Im looking for is to have the credit due me put back on my card as promised. It has been a reasonable amount of time to make that happen.My wifes account number at *******************************.
