I have contacted Zmedi healthcare in multiple ways. They have several numbers. The number provided on the billing statement and multiple numbers and an email address from Their website. I had made payment way back in March from my insurance company website. They use a 3rd party issue but they have confirmed they have payment but Zmedi healthcare will not acknowledge payment. They have made multiple promises they will call me back but nobody calls back. This is ridiculous that you can get a call back from this business. How can you operate in this way? I should not have to go through these measures to get a 130 dollar payment resolved. Never again will I ever use their healthcare services and suggest everybody do the same. This was the worst experience!
