We contacted the business to make a change to the event and she refused to, and then hung up on us. Very unprofessional.Business response

We could not find such a name in our event bookings and need further information such as event date and original holder of event in order to speak to our front office about the situation. As of now we could not find the event under name listed. We do have written in the contract though that there are no refunds and if cancelled event holder must pay 50% of the cost. Please give us more details on the event in order to look up the information and speak to our front office about the incident.
much appreciated and as always if a client was not treated properly we will definitely want to speak to our employee about that but need more information to do so
