      I have attached to this email, text messages and copy of letter mailed to Always Ready Repair.As of today March 5, 2023, I have not heard from Always Ready Repair since the last email received on February 24th at 2:07PM from ************************* owner of Always Ready Repair.The problems with the Magic *** furnace has been oncoming each time I turn the furnace on since the date of installation 13th of December 2022.I have contacted ***** Fargo and my bank filed dispute total amount paid *******.. In January, ***** wanted to blame air duct needed to be cleaned. I had this done on the 27th of January. All the other details you will find in all of the images and documentation attached to the case. I am requested FULL REFUND and COMMUNICATION and response from Always Ready Repair by email or text only.

      Please see all attached supporting documents for this complaint, including a letter from the ******************* Representative stating that there is no fault with the the installation or the product in question. A link is provided to show extensive documentation by both photograph and video of the installation process, final installation, and status of all related equipment.  Always Ready Repair has done everything within reasonable measures to try to rectify the relationship with the customer, yet the customer reversed all payment methods while still being in possession of fully functioning, new heating equipment.  Multiple industry professionals have been on site and have verified the safety and efficiency of the installed equipment.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      When I spoke with ***** Fargo and *********** yesterday. Well ***** stated they were told by ***** the owner of Always Ready Repair that the unit is indeed under warranty for replacement. He told ***** Fargo he was going to contact me. I have NOT heard from Always Ready Repair or the distributor. 

      The odor and noise is exist. I have reached out to an attorney.

      This claim that **************** was told by ***** the unit was under warranty if false.  ***** has never called ***** Fargo in regards to this. The only call to ***** Fargo on this case Ever was to verify identity.

      I am rejecting this response because: All the documentation and communication Ive had with Always Ready Repair was sent to ***** Fargo and my bank. The unit being under warranty has nothing to do with potential poor faulty  installation or unit. I have not heard from Always Ready Repair since the email I sent on the 24th of February.

      I had a service call to Always Ready on 10/19/21, I was told that I had no heat and that the furnace was too big for my house so I decided to get a new one . I got a quote and said I would shop around, I gave a $2000 deposit paid by credit card. I made the appointment for installation, tentative. I found another company and called always Ready on 10 21/21, canceled their service and I was told that I would receive a refund minus a restocking fee. I asked how much that would be and was told that I would get a call back when they figured it out.I didn't hear anything else so I called back on 10/22/21 and was told that I would receive a refund check, minus $100 service fee and $50 restocking fee.I would like a refund in the same form as I paid minus the restocking fee.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      My furnace was not fixed, I was without heat so I found someone to install a furnace the next day as opposed to waiting a week for Allways Ready. I was not given a $500 credit either. I cancelled the furnace the in less than 2 days so I don't understand the restocking fee.

      We sent the **** back to the card. We were called for a service call not a free estimate. Also there is a restocking fee. Furthermore we were charged fees for taking a credit card and refunding on the credit card.
