If you are having any second thoughts about doing this. Let me tell you, right now, just go ahead and order your picture. There are no words that I can say to describe how grateful I am for the work they did. If you have any questions or issues problems with your picture, I can truly say it will be fixed they make sure to communicate with there customer at all times through the process, and there website is user friendly.

Thanks for ruining my Christmas gift for my parents, Paint Your Life. I paid two deposits, accepted a digital edit modification and was told I didn’t accept it in time or pay the balance in time to have it delivered for Christmas. I even spoke to a representative via chat to make sure the digital edit was correct. He assured me it was. The next review they sent still was messed up and I addressed that multiple times. Now they have stopped all communication and when I call the customer service number, it disconnects me immediately. All I get in the chat now is a bot “due to high volume”. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I wish I had read the reviews before starting the process. Do not deal with this company.

If I could leave no stars I would! I was told $39 for the painting, then when asked to approve it a $399 charge came through to the debit card I used. No response back to get a refund! Right before Christmas and my bank account is now overdrafts! Don’t do business with them! Crooks & scammers!

Worse company I have ever dealt with. Ruining my wife's 70th birthday celebration. Do not do business with this company. They lie, they have zero customer service but disguise it well but then never have any results. I have given them over 10 chances and now they have screwed me over big time. They do not have professional artist or if they do they absolutely do not listen when you send them simple modifications. They just keep sending back the original sample they sent you hoping you will ware down and just accept their poor quality of workmanship. They play on your sympathies and then hurt you too the core! I'm sorry fore anyone else who has experienced working with this company and lost your money or were just slimly disappointed and had them ruin any special occasion you had. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! STAR RATING IS ZERO BUT APPARENTLY YOU HAVE TO LEAVE AT LEAST ONE? Jerry M

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I ordered a painting. I chose the express delivery option so it would arrive by July 24th. The charge was an additional $69.00. After I paid for it, they replied indicating it may take an additional 1-3 days to deliver it due to unforeseen circumstances. WHAT! So now it’s the 27th! I contacted the business letting them know this inadequate disreputable business. They responded with this email. “We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. We will use your experience to improve our service further. Due to the nature of our service, we always give the earliest estimated delivery dates artwork can be delivered to the doorstep. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes paintings can be delivered a day or two before or after the initially provided date.” Basically they stole my money! What they should’ve indicated the estimated date INCLUDING the 1-3 days additional notice changing it to the 27th. I wouldn’t have paid for it. If they did this to me, how many others have suffered from this transaction? They do make good paintings, but the actual financial transaction is why I won’t be returning. I said this before and returned thinking their delivery had improved. If you order for someone’s birthday or a holiday gift, you can’t depend on their word. That for me is huge turn off! As of right now, my painting has not moved from the last point in over three days according to their website!

I ordered a painting back on April 24,2023 I paid for expedited shipping which stated the package would be here by May 16. It is now almost June 1. I have called and asked for my money back. They keep saying let me speak to logistics and find out what’s going on *** informed me that they lost the package and it cannot be found. This was a gift for graduation. The moment has passed and graduation has already happened and she has already had her party. All we want is our money back and it’s says on their website 100% money back guaranteed I have called 4 times and keep getting the run around
