            I booked an appointment with this business and asked for what my charges would be for a simple office appointment ahead of the visit. They never provided me with this information. I went ahead with the appointment, and when it was over, the front desk said I was good to go and didn't owe anything. About a month later, I just received a bill for $582.40. The visit in total was $800.00. My insurance only covered $217. Had this business did their job and provided me with an estimate of charges before the appointment, like I had asked, I would have never agreed to the appointment, and I wouldn't owe this corrupt business $582.40.I want people to know about their shady business practices. I want this business to make things right.
