I ordered and paid for 10 miners from Blockware June 15th of 2021. The miners were supposed to be a "June ****** (shipping in June and arriving in early July. On July 6, 2021 I was told in email be the company's *** that they would be shipping that week and they would arrive at the Blockware facility in 1-2 weeks from shipment. The miners did arrive in the facility on Jul 28th as the *** told me they would. In that same he email he told me, "we will have clients online next week including yourself." Finally I receive an email on Sep 3 telling me that the miners are still not online and all they are offering in return is $150 credit per miner to be applied to future miner purchases. In the same email he said miners would be up within 6 weeks. On Sep ******************************************************************************************************** and that this was a normal lead time to get them up and running, however nowhere in any communications or paperwork does it say it will take this long. In fact every email I have from them says they will be online within 2 weeks of them receiving the miners. On Oct 7 after asking what was going on the *** then told me it would be another 3 weeks. We are now 3.5 months out from when they initially said they would be online. On Dec 17, 2021 I finally received the email that my miners went online. 5.5 months after they should have been online and I was told they would be. Through out this time bitcoin was going crazy and I missed out a quite a bit of revenue because of it. That was very frustrating. Since that time though I have yet to see a month where I have better than 50% of my miners working. To blockware's credit they have been quicker with truing up and making sure we do not pay for the time the miners are down, but then they raised their rates to cover that. All in all it has been a frustrating experience especially when I look at how much revenue I missed out on as BTC was surging in mid-late 2021.Initial Complaint

I purchased 50 miners from Blockware Solutions. They only delivered 40 of the miners. 9 months later they said they fixed the 10 not delivered only for them to still be broken and refuse a refund.When I asked for the other 40 to be delivered, they were delivered broken and unusable. They refused to fix or even provide shipping information for a damage claim. A complete scam. Lost over $100kBusiness response

******* did in fact purchased machines from Blockware Mining LLC (a separate entity with a similar name) - with Blockware Solutions acting only as a machines broker in this relationship, and Blockware Solutions delivered fully operational machines to ******* (these Machines belonged to Blockware Mining). We have evidence of delivering fully functional machines which as been provided to *******, of which he can not attest. He hosted the machines at a data center with two different entities: Blockware Mining LLC and *********** Blockware Solutions LLC was not the host of these machines nor did we ever physically touch these machines. ******* claims that the machines were damaged at the hosting facility. Blockware Solutions LLC paid ******* $5,000 in an attempt to settle this dispute cordially. ******* is listing his pending dispute to the wrong company, and we have acted in good faith by paying him a $5,000 settlement. Any pending claims should be direct to ********** and Blockware Mining LLC in the event he was seeking damages for his claims that the machines were damaged (Blockware Solutions LLC never physically touched nor managed any of ******** Machines).
******* seeks an additional $9,000 in damages (not 100k as he specified), of which he should seek from Blockware Mining LLC and/or **********. One note - we disagree with his claim, and have worked to accommodate him to date the best that we can.

This company defrauded me.They took my money Aug '21, said I'd have bit coin miners hashing by Nov '21.November became January. Sales rep ghosted me.Miners up for about six weeks Feb--early April, then down again three months.Asked for refund multiple times; never allowed to get my money back. Best I could get was refund on the electricity I paid for that my miners never used anyway. I'm out over $50k and the situation feels hopeless as they possess the miners.Business response

****** machines are fully operational and hashing as expected (attachment / screenshot of proof submitted to this response), all services have been delivered and continued to be delivered. ***** has not replied to our communications to him. He has only been billed for energy that his machines has been utilized to date and we are more than happy to ship him back his machines if he requests.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: my concerns have not been addressed.A company rep is calling me tomorrow to discuss the matter.Let's see what he says.Regardless, I don't want, and have never wanted, my machines (bitcoin miners) shipped to me.Rather I wanted them up, hosted by the company, on time, at the agreed rate.The company has cost me approximately six months' work time, per machine, ruining my investment. And now they have increased the hosting rate.I have neither the wish to have the machines shipped to me nor the capacity to receive them.I want a refund of my purchase.Let's see if the company rep calls tomorrow with a suitable offer.

We offerred ***** what he wanted in regards to a settlement, and he rejected our offer. He decided that he wants to continue using our services. We see no reason keeping this complaint open - see attached email from ***********Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:it is patently false.Clearly if they had offered me what I wanted, I would have accepted it.
With no fair offer to relieve me of my machines, I'm forced to *********** with this company.Yes that's my choice, but it's a choice between two bad options.Do yourself a favour--don't to business with Blockware.

I signed a contract last Feb 18 to purchase and host 5 mining rigs for Bitcoin at this company's facility. I have waited patiently for 3 months. All five mining rigs were scheduled to go online a month ago. All five mining rigs are still offline. I have spent almost 49k and now I have been losing money because they haven't planned accordingly.Business response

Prior to the client reaching out to the BBB we had several interactions where he appeared to be fine with the level of service, one contact even one day prior to receiving this notice. We have offered the client a full refund and the opportunity to cancel his contract as a show of good faith and customer service. If you read the terms, conditions, and MSA that the customer signed, ********************** had no such obligation to make any refund.Customer response
