EO Interiors, Inc. started the remodeling of my kitchen 7/12/2022. We were quoted $37,730.00. We're were promise that we would have a beautiful kitchen that we would love. It is not. The designer-************************* was in charge of the project. She made us that promise and didn't keep it. Several things were not done correctly. Most of all our kitchen floor that has the grout coming up. They re-qrouted this floor 3 times and still it the grout came loose. The designer *****, who we hired directly was responsible for the overall job, had no control over what her contractor does and it shows when you have the two together. There was absolutely no communication between the two of them. I'm still waiting to hear from her to finish a job she started in July of 2021. The tile work is so unbelievably bad. It was a complete epic failure. It is in desperate need of replacement. The grout has never stopped cracking since it was put down. The tiles pop when you walk on them. When told about this to ***** and ****, her moronic contractor, he actually suggested that he could stop the popping by s******* wood screws thru the joists underneath the floor. It didn't work, like I told him it wouldn't. 2 screws in and he was done. They took up portions of the tile and replaced them only to get the same result - popping. They were supposed to fix it completely and they did not. They re-qrouted this floor 3 times and still it the grout came loose as well as the tile popping still. The backsplash that was installed was poorly done and needs re-grouting. The brand new cabinets I paid $6000 for, the doors are warping. I had to stop them from doing any more work. I told ***** that she would have to get another contractor to fix the floor and that I could not in good conscience let them continue to keep doing the shoddy work they were providing. I had several discussion with ***** about this and it came to nothing more than her completely and totally avoiding us.
