Having the same problem as another that posted here. Listened to the station 2 days in a row during the times my promo was supposed to be aired. Never heard the promo. Get calls constantly trying to collect. Cant produce anything showing where and when it aired. Was also told it would air twice a day morning and evening. After fact documents are saying either morning OR afternoon. Was not what I agreed to but sent a check anyways. Check is showing cashed but they say they have not received payment. TOTAL SCAM!

In response to this completely unfair review. We will explain in detail exactly the time frame of events that occurred. First we would like to begin by addressing the first part of this unfair review. **************** said in his review "as another posted here" The other post the client is referring to, paid their **** after we sent them a legal affidavit and a copy of their spot. On 4/17/21 Miles ****** of ****** **** care signed up to air a commercial with LSM Media LLC. The commercial aired on WLBC ************ *******. The spot aired 2 times per day between the hours of 3pm-7pm. It aired a total of 14 times beginning on 5/3/21 and ending 5/9/21. The invoice in the amount of $****** was due on 5/17/21. We produced a great radio commercial, did all the upfront scheduling of the commercial production. Miles ****** has been emailed over 25 times with all the information, spot airing time and payment information to take care of this invoice. We have never heard a word from Miles until we started calling because his **** was over thirty days passed due. We have had three different collection associates call him multiple times. Each time he never said anything about having any issue. Miles ****** kept repeating that it was a bad time to call and he was busy. Another associate called and Miles and he said to call back later. The third collection associate was told by Miles ****** that he mailed the check out. This was the last time we have spoken with this client. We would also like to address the ****** issue. If this was a scam, why would we air a commercial, produce a spot, purchase the radio time upfront and then **** someone out. This is a small business program and we help them by granting additional time for companies to pay. Usually a scam is when you take money from someone and not deliver the service. We take offense to **************** calling this a scam. We have emailed him a copy of the radio commercial, we have also had a collection representative call to offer a free day airing for ****************. We wouldn't do this if we didn't stand by our product. The free airing will have a schedule by the minute so **************** will have no excuse to say he missed it. In addition we have requested a legal affidavit by the radio station showing the spots have aired, we will email this with in 2 days of this response. We pride ourselves on customer service. We have have never heard a complaint from **************** other than this review. ******************** Invoice is for ******. LSM Media has already lost money on this order due to lack of payment. LSM Media is paying collection associates to call him for payment, and have paid all the upfront costs. The only SCAM here is on us. We will continue to pursue this until the **** is paid. We are also willing to work with **************** if he needs to setup a payment plan.
