On 2/15/22 I talked to ***** or **** at the old grainery in Payson IL paid $2,751.88 for a set of french doors. He said he would ship that week. He calinformed me he didn't have the correct measurements on my more expensive door & switched it out for a cheaper door, a $600-$700 difference. I was never credited the difference but I didn't say anything yet. He informed me they would ship that week & email a tracking number. I never received a tracking number. I followed up several times via facebook, text, phone call & I was ignored. I know he saw my messages on social media, which is why I sent them there, to ensure he was reading them. I also texted him which went ignored. I called the brick & mortar instead of *****/**** on 2/28 to find out about my doors. The lady said they hadnt shipped my doors & didnt know when they would be going out & that ***** the owner was out of town. I asked "so you dont know when your freight trucks come for pick up", & they said "no". I was previously told by *****/**** that they were to come on Thursday or Friday. This made me very uncomfortable & suspicious of the transaction at this point, therefore I told the ladies at the shop I needed to cancel the doors since they didn't ship when they said they would & they were still sitting there without a delivery time frame at all. I was then told there would be a $250 restocking fee. I asked to show me the contract or receipt that I signed or paid that said I would be charged a restocking fee. The lady said she didn't have one. I then told her that they did not hold up their end of the bargain by not shipping when they said they would so how is it fair and honest to charge me a restocking fee of $250? She then told me she would just refund me the money and hung up on me. I still have yet to see a refund. This seems like a scam for out of town buyers. I am being fully ignored and they kept my money and my items.

She was refunded the day she called in to our office Manager.  I can get the exact date when I get off the road.
