I can't say enough good things about Mike and his crew. They helped me out of a tight bind when I had another company fall through at the last minute. Mike came in with a great price and his guys knocked my 22 square roof out in one day. The guys were courteous and took the time to move all of our patio furniture and potted plants away from the house before they started. Once they finished they took the time to clean up the yard, sweep the patio and move everything back. I highly recommend RockyTop for any roofing needs.Review from Rachel B

NEVER hire this company! They attempted to install a metal roof on my home. However, the roof was installed completely wrong. Rocky Top took over 31 days to finish installing the metal panels and gutters. Then the roof started leaking within one month and rainwater poured behind the gutters. The suggested repair was to fill all screw holes and problem areas with caulk. I had 4 other professional roofing contractors and the county inspector look at the roof. All said the roof was unrepairable and a total tear off. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation which is run through the Illinois Attorney General's office. Finally got a resolution and will NEVER hire this company. No star rating if given the option.

Total contract amount was refunded, even for the gutters that were correct. We try to keep our customers happy. The job did have issues beyond just repairing. Refunding all money for the entire job/contract was the best option given Rhonda refused for us to be back on the property or redo the job. Rhonda has already cashed the total refund so we assumed this was a good resolution to the problem.
