            I hired ***** Restoration, owned by ****** ************ ***********. Little COMMUNICATION EVER HAPPENED. I would send destruction complaints about my septic tank. Questioned garbage thrown all over my AC. Questioned an entire crew of Mexicans on my roof, when I wanted SKILLED UNION LABOR. **** ********* was my only contact. He'd PASS IT ON! No one asked or answered anything. Then here's the crux. They were going to paint my living room ceiling because of the damage in my stairway ceiling. **** smiled when I said the damage in the living room wasn't from the tree...just humidity. Then the drywall kid comes in looking at a separation of the wall and ceiling and said. "IT WOULD BE NICE TO CONVINCE ***** **** THAT THIS WAS THE TREE DAMAGE!" I didn't respond....Then the dry waller did it again with my disabled son, who has nothing to do with MY house.!!! Did he agree??? Ha ha ha A few days later I emailed **** and said NO CEILING! It will be a mess for too long, and I don't have anywhere to go. No reply... So **** ********* follows through with a NEW CLAIM TO ***** ****...WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE ANYWAY!!! So I call ***** **** ****** request is not anywhere ***** ****S CLAIMS RECORDS. **** ********* DID NOT contact ***** **** at all!!! He just went to WHO...to claim it. The adjuster??? No contact with me I think that's illegal...It's called insurance fraud. I fired them for ATTEMPTING FRAUD! They just left the garage door on the ground, no replacement, no opener no installation. They left the garage roof too...without gutters for 3 weeks now. I am concerned about them cheating me on the final bill. I am concerned about the owner lying and lying in his response to my first letter here. I need : Ceiling painting and repair of stairway 3K New garage door,owner and installation 3K OFF THE BILL!!!! AND HALF PRICE ON THE UNSKILLED MEXICANS ON MY ROOF WHO TRASHED MY YARD AND LANDSCAPING... probably another 3 K That's 6000- 9K off the remainder of my bill.

            I was ghosted by S**** **** when 2 trees fell. Now 10 months later I'm ghosted by Restoration Pekin. If you want a half price, unskilled Mexican roofing crew doing your roof, hire these guys. They make a mess and you get to clean it up. No communication from these guys and there's still work to do from the contract? They've disappeared for 3 weeks now. Run from Restoration Pekin!!

            Good morning Cheryl, it is nice to hear from you. Within our records, we have communication with you as recent as June 8th, stating that we are working with your insurance provider to make sure everything is properly covered and reimbursing you for the interior damage. Insurance moves slowly on these things, and we have done our best to keep you informed with what little information we are given from the carrier. We assured you we always set up a final walk-through to address any concerns as we do with all of our customers, and we are still happy to set all of this up for you. We are still willing to do all of this with you, and this would be coming off the heels of your email to us stating you were "firing" us. If you say you are firing us in one email and then come on here and say we disappeared, we are a little confused at what you want from us to make this right. Please give our office a call and we will work this out and be happy to help finish your project.

            Yes...June 8th is the day I fired you people for insurance FRAUD. I never authorized opening my claim again. NEVER! I wanted my ceiling painted for about a week, then between the possible fraud involved and that I have no where to go as a 70 year old senior with my dogs...I CANCELLED IT. I cancelled the ceiling and NO ONE asked me to open a new claim! I watched them try to convince me and heard that the boy dry waller chatted with my disabled son!!!! I never approved of further contact with S**** ****. That's insurance fraud and I will take NO PART IN THEIR FRAUD!!! JUNE 8TH WAS AFTER I WAS GHOSTED FOR 2-3 weeks. NO GARAGE DOOR...NO OPENER...NO GUTTERS...NO CEILING REPAIR OR PAINTING, CHEAP ELECTRIC IN THE GARAGE...NO GARAGE DOOR TRAP!!! and then I'm met with lies and more lies....from Mr. Kelley. You NEVER assured me of anything. I will get a roof inspection on your Mexican labor and probably uncertified electric installation. No way I ever let you folks on my property again. I'm so happy you are happy Mr. Kelley;)
