            This transaction with Dallas Calhoun started on Jan 9th, 2023. Dallas reached out to me and said he was fully insured and does electrical. He sent me pictures of his business license and electrical projects he had done in the past. He told me he could move the light switches and outlets easily. He quoted the job at $600. I paid him a $300 deposit on 1/12/23 and the remaining $300 on 1/14/23 the day of the job. He told me he was done and left before I could even check the light switches. Lights still do not work, wires were left exposed in the basement and junction boxes were left without covers. I gave him over a month to come to finish it. February 12th I asked for partial payment back since he was not finishing the job. It is now February 16th and Dallas has stopped responding and the job is still incomplete. I am going to have to hire another person to complete the job. After talking to neighbors to see if he had done this before. I found out there are MANY people in just ******** that he has done this to.

            Hired him to install a fan. After installing, I mentioned it was extremely loose, to the point of it being unsafe. He said it was fine, but he could come back the next day. I called my nephew, as I felt just pulling on the light chain would cause fan to come down. When my nephew arrived, he said all the proper screws were not in, the one that was in was barely in. Also not attached to the “fan support box” not sure of correct term. Fan was basically ready to come crashing down. This was in my grand babies play room
