Checked in yesterday (4/14/22) for 2 nights. Website states they are pet friendly. Front desk saw our pet and was fine. Even talked to front desk today about our cat and it was fine. Now today, 10 mins after they charged us for our second night, and a maid complained she's allergic, the REGIONAL manager is stating we need to leave and our cat isn't allowed when they only state PET friendly. They do not value cats. They are refusing to let us stay the night they've now charged. They're refusing to refund our money as well. False advertising and very rude. They better not try to charge us a damage fee just because we brought our pet as well.
