I went in to cancel my service. The employee assured me that I would not be charged. The charge posted on a screenshot of my bank account that is attached. I have not used the service since then. I have tried addressing the issue with the store manager and she refused to issue a refund, saying it is against company policy. I had contacted my bank to do a stop payment but they require something showing I canceled it and when I did cancel it they did said nothing would be printed/emailed out. So by advice of the bank, I tried contacting the number listed on the charge on my account, and they never answer, I left a voicemail a few days ago and still have yet to receive a call back. Nobody knows anything and I can't even receive confirmation that it was canceled. How do I know they aren't going to charge me again?
