      I have a benefits card through the **** **. I call i and paid a bill they turned into collections and never e mailed or mailed me a receipt. Now their number is off and no one will answer me at the door. Please help . My benifits card is now shut off because i can't show proof of payment.

      ******* ****** did call in and make payments on his accounts, he has a total of 2 accounts in which 1 was paid. I did send a letter on that account showing it was paid in full. Convergent Healthcare Recoveries has merged TSI and the new contact number is ************.

      I called in October 20, 2021 and spoke to a lady that told me they would offer me a reduced payment of 25% off my total balance due (total was $1460.73 and new balance due would be $1095.55). I saidnthank you and asked her to send me a new invoice for the reduced amount. She sent me a letter dated October 25, 2021 with the SAME amount due of $1460.73. So I called again on October 25, 2021 and asked her why it wasn't wasn't reduced amount. She said this letter was sent to my updated address so they have to wait 30 days to send the new letter out with the reduced amount. But not to worry, I can pay that amount with no issues to my credit report. I still have not received the updated invoice but just received notice that this debt was reported on my Trans Union credit report. I will pay the full amount once I receive the updated invoice. I need the debt removed from my credit reports immediately. I have worked very hard to get my credit to a good standing and this was not legit.

      Good Morning,

       

      ***** ***** called our office on 10.20.21 discussed the account with an agent that resulted with a settlement agreement. ***** called back on 10.25.21 and updated her address, we sent a validation notice to the new address. ***** called back on 11.3.21 stating she received a validation notice instead of settlement letter, the agent advised since the address was updated we had to send a validation notice. On 11.29.21 the 25% off letter was mailed to *****. 

      Once the payment is made, Convergent will delete the account from ***** credit file.
