My father passed away in January of 2020 and my mother in March of 2021. I have been dealing with multiple issues since the date of my father's passing. First, I was guaranteed that my father's grave marker would be installed prior to his birthday in August. It was not. After multiple attempts to reach someone at the business, I was told that the employee we worked with was no longer there and the order wasn't placed. After it was finally installed, it was done rather haphazardly and was not level therefore I had to contact them to have it leveled. Following that adjustment, I realized that the rain and weather conditions were not on our side so I contacted the funeral home again to request a base be installed, at my cost. Again, I wanted several months for an answer and was told that my request was approved and would be done following the thaw of the ground in the spring of 2021; it has yet to be done. Additionally, when my mother passed, I spoke with them about having the deeds for the plots reassigned as my mother's siblings intended to sign them over to me since they no longer live in the area. 16 months later and multiple phone calls later this has also not been followed through with and another of my mother's siblings has since passed away and is sure to cause another hiccup. Finally, I also requested to be allowed to place a bench/headstone at my parent's grave; again at my own expense. That was also approved yet nothing done about it. 29 months seems like far to long of a time to have to try and finalized all of these tasks. I just want everything to be completed as promised.Customer response

this was after a year of requests & correspondence with this company.

I assured him that I would notify you that the complaint was handled quickly and appropriately. While I was unhappy, he has taken care of, and I am satisfied with his response.
