I pay $240 a year for a twice a year checkup on my central air and heating system. I have paid this since I moved here 6 years ago. They have been the ones to contact me for a spring and fall appointment. I did not hear from them this spring, and I have called 2 or 3 times to schedule, and I always get their voice mail. I have left my information and a request to set an appointment and they have never called me back. It is now August. I feel I have wasted my money and now want to get a refund of my $240 for this year so I can go elsewhere.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The technician came out today and thoroughly checked my air conditioner system, and assured me he will contact me when it is time to do the fall check. He also informed me the company will be refunding my payment for this year. I advised that is not necessary but he said they will be doing it.
