I hired ***** **** DBA Cook Quality Construction on May 05, 2023 to tear off the old siding and put new siding on my house
I paid him $5,000 down payment. I told him over and over I would purchase the siding at ******* as that is where I found the color I liked and it was a special order color so I could get the 11% rebate back for other projects I wanted to get done and my house. ***** **** agreed to this when I signed his contract. Once I paid him the $5,000 check he went straight to ******* and purchased the siding Jtrim and corner pieces/ ***** **** refused to give me the rebate which I am estimating around $260-300 saying he deserved it for gas money driving back and forth to my house to work. I said isn't this included in the contract amount of $7,290 and he said he deserved it and would not give it to me.

Contract dates were 05/19/23 and 07/07/23.
***** ****-DBA Cook Quality Construction quit and left my siding and aluminum casings a mess on 07/17/23.
I had asked him several times to re-do the side of my sunroom, repair the holes that were left around windows and the aluminum around windows.
***** **** was still working at my house when I had to leave to go babysit my grandkids at 2:30. When I got home a little after 7:00pm his equipment and all my siding were gone.
I could not believe he left the side of my sunroom the way he did and the aluminum around the sunroom windows hanging. (I sent you pictures of the messes he did).
I sent him pictures and text messages and he said there was no warranty or quarantees.
Than on 07/18/23 ***** ****-DBA Cook Quality Construction starting sending me the threatening text messages. (I sent you a copy of text messages).
