            They charged us 118,00 for taxes and services plus 149.00 per night instead of the 145 on their website. We were there for two nights totaling 286.0o0 with a tax and services of 118.,00-.I complained as the website did not show the taxes and services on the site. Taxes should have been not more than 65.00. I placed the reservation via phone and am very hard of hearing. If i heard correctly I would have stayed elsewhere. Petersen owns 4 hotels in the same area so be very careful when placing a reservation. I called to complain and all I got was a static phone on the other end several times. There were no special services offered. Crooked way to do business, Two of the hotels are W****** and H****** ***.
