Very poorly organized company. Stealing the customer's money and selling a product that does not cover customer needs. RUN FROM THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER.

worst insurance company01/11/22 I parked to get gas and a r***** backed into at the gas pump ,I even blow my horn when I noticed his lights getting close .I was super p***** ,I hope out my car and confronted him and he had the music blaring and insisted he have insurance but nothing looks wrong with my vehicle but gave an excuse he worked 10 hours then asked what about me .Some lady(white) came over out the store to look at my car then pulled him to the side .. Magically he started asking who we waiting on again I stated the laws ,which further tried to convince ,now it's this store is private property and the police not going to do anything .He should've be getting his insurance because it wasn't with the plates not had proof of insurance by law is required .He had to call the "company" which the number given was the agency and not the actual carrier ,which the same secretary from P******* insurance that directed me to Karen ,finally told me to call an 800 number after I steady been calling.Karen didn't leave any notes I'm the system nor a claim number and stop answering (nor tell me she the agency) and saying adjuster will contact me .After speaking with Alex further excuse he was just assigned at 12 it was like 2,yet suppose to check email regularly in business .Wanted me to give him time to overview it ND opted to stay otp wait (displease) He didn't update of any kind and was rude ,got happy when I said I don't think he got a ticket .Steady said waiting on the insured and didn't know the vin number which should be on policy (further delay) Him and his manager didn't call or respond ND let the weekend past on purpose .both stated can't give me a rental car because"have to be physical damage " yet Karen claim shortage on rentals.Clearly they racist ,on top of that Karen kept saying the appraisal can only just look at my car to confuse me ,I insisted they pay for a diagnosis instead of appraisal.He lied about time then did other jobs 1st.didnt even send report 3
