      10-24-2023 my husband bought a truck from Green Chevrolet Peoria. Upon purchase, we assured this was a great buy, everything is up to par and the vehicle had pass Green Chevy inspection. Not even a week or 2 later the engine light comes on, the electrical throttle light comes on as well the sensor for the heat to work for the truck as well. I made Chevy aware of the issue. I was told they’ll have their technicians look at and see what’s wrong. The same day it was brought to my attention the spark glow plug was broken off in the cylinder head. They now advise me to take it to ***** *** down the street to have them diagnose the same issue. So I did. Not to my surprise, it’s the same issue. So now **** the store manager is saying they don’t believe what ****** ***** is saying that they’ll have to send it to Springfield a sister store and have them look at it and do the work. Now into 11-2023 my truck was sent to Springfield for 4 and a half months to be all the way fixed is what **** said. I was in a loaner at this time. When my husband truck came home mid Feb. We were able to drive it for not even 2 weeks before the same issue happened. I immediately contact green from FEBRUARY OF 2024 to this present day of June 29th 2024 of the same issues. All to be told by ****. He’s washing his hands with the vehicle and there’s nothing else he will do. The vehicle is defective, not only that. They didn’t disclose it was foreign, they didn’t disclose it wasn’t drivable, nor did they mention it didn’t have Air conditioning. They lied on the inspection report. Since February of 2024 I’ve been in almost 3 car crashes due to the vehicle not wanting to accelerate. I had my children in the car. This is a safety matter. It’s been close to 100•f and rainy and we have to drive in the heat. I have 2 disabled children who requires a functional vehicle, and green Chevy won’t make this right. I’ve cried to them. Still nothing, expect for IM WASHING MY HANDS WITH YOU AND THE TRUCK. INHUMANE!!!

      Leased a vehicle and on the 2nd day of the l;ease I came in to ask to exchange the vehicle as per Greens customer policy as it was within time period and mileage as wrien, mama talked me out of exchange and now I am stuck in a lease for a vehicle that I do jot want...I came in to buy a ruck and ended up leasing a 2024 blazer ev...I have asked them to exchange as originally requested tghey have told me it is too late

      I purchased a used truck posted for sale online by green chevrolet for 9800.00 cash sale. Thinking if I bought from a dealership even a used car that surely a mechanic would have checked it out so i agreed to buy as is. Right after purchase the truck had severe engine issues. I took to a Ford tech and had them run diagnostics. The diagnostics showed that the motor had issues well before I bought it and after days of trying to get ahold of management at green chevrolet I finally talked to someone and they say their is nothing they can do because they do not inspect used vehicles before selling them on their lot. Upon reading other reviews online about the service department they have stated every vehicle that goes through the service department gets an inspection which would have shown the issues with this truck. So they took it in to detail and give oil change service but apparently nothing else and posted it for sale with an engine that had severe issues saying they had no idea and are willing to do nothing to help with repairs. They are content knowing they sold a used vehicle with a bad engine to a customer and standing behind doing nothing to rectify the situation.

      I purchased a car November 14, 2022, due to transmission issue I returned the car not even 14days later, I was given a loaner vehicle until they were able to replace my current car but they had it towed an hour before i had to be at work from in front of my house and I had t and now I been with out a vehicle for a little over 3 months now. I can't afford to pay for a ride to and from Bloomington, pay my car note and insurance on top of my other bills

      The service department has serviced my truck for 4 yes now and recently my engine seized due to there being no oil in the truck..They last oil change was done by the dealer and it is odd that there is no oil in the truck. The service department can't explain why. It was not time for the oil to be changed so someone did not put oil in the car or made or messed up something when changing the oil, but they will not tell me and are covering up something. Also the car is used so there could have been issues with the truck that they didn't tell me about.

      A employee by the name of **** ******* contacted me through text and I expressed my concerns about my truck and he was very rude and unprofessional.I thought the conversation had ended and he kept texting me and was very argumentative. I have saved the messages if anyone would like to see them.

      My name is *** and I purchased a 2014 Silverado at Green Chevrolet which I took home on 9/10. On 9/20 early morning, the truck completely shut off on me while driving. On 9/22, I took the truck in to get inspected and nothing was found based on the service reps who completed the inspection. On Saturday 9/25 morning, the same issue happened and I took the truck back in this past Monday 9/27. I spoke this afternoon to ******* in service who confirmed there is some intermittent shortage drop in the battery cables and the cost to get it fixed is around $1200-$1300. He spoke to ****** (used car sales manager) who offered to pay only 50%. I then spoke to ****** who kept talking over me and wouldn’t help nor understand the issue. It was shared that there are codes that note minor issues. Initially this was mentioned by ******, who later tried to state there were no codes. He proceeded to state he meant there were no codes at the time of purchase. I tried to contact the GM many times

      This is a problem with GM right now. It is crazy expensive to fix and can happen without warning. There is no way for us to tell when it will happen of if it will happen. We are at the same mercy the customer is. I will check with Service this morning to make sure they ask for the third time for GM to help financially with this.
