Dr. **** ***** is the owner and Psychologist at this business in question. The business is conducted out of her own house. The doctor requested I pay $1000 as a down payment incase my insurance doesn’t pay the bill (6-21-23). When I requested a receipt she gave me a hand written receipt saying she received $1000 on the back of her business card. After my final appointment on (7-6-21) she was supposed to bill my insurance with her billing department ******* ********* ******* ** **** located in Wisconsin but refuses to do so. I have called my insurance 5 times now and they said they will pay my bill/covered in full. Twice of those five calls have been on a conference call with her billing department. My insurance informed ****** ********* I won’t owe a dime. She refuses to refund my money, provide me with my diagnostics paperwork, and bill my health care insurance. Due to the fact no bill has been sent to my insurance my insurance isn’t able to do anything about it. The way the Doctor conducts her business is extremely unprofessional. From having her fully exposed and unattended 23 year old granddaughter in the lobby, asking me if I thought her daughter who was in a bikini was hot for her age, going well over the agreed upon time for an appointment (5+ hrs), showing up an hour and 15 minutes late to her appointments, being extremely unorganized, taking hours of my time rambling off topic not pertaining to the issues at hand and wanting me to pay for that extra time, taking my money, not providing me with the services/paper work I was there for, refusing to get back to me in a timely manner, and taking family/friend/personal calls during work hours. I am not the only victim of her fraudulent practices if you read her ****** reviews.

      please see attached.

As many businesses do, I have been having difficulty retaining office staff; other businesses have the same problem-many people do not want a job; thus, the disorganization. I used to have two full time staff. Therefore, I am reducing the number of forensic reports so I can keep up without additional help, scaling back my hours to three afternoon-evenings per week, and outsourcing the office work. If anyone is still waiting for reports, please contact me via my cell phone ***** ********, and I will rectify the situation immediately. I apologize to any of you caught in this transitory process, and I will make it right if you call or text me. I am still taking regular therapy clients, which require very minimal secretarial work. I hope this ends most problems with serving you. I care so much about helping others that I want to at least keep my door open to help those who are suffering.
In addition, the client was in a private area and told me nothing about anything that happened that day, although I was angry at the inappropriateness that I was aware of, and that was made crystal clear. Also, the so-called "daughter" and "granddaughter" are NOT RELATED TO ME IN ANY WAY and are not allowed on the premises. Again, I am very sorry and have made changes to greatly improve my clients' experience in my office. Anyone who knows me knows that clients come first!
