On 11-14-23 I renewed my platinum membership with PCGS in the amount of $249.00 . With this renewal platinum plan PCGS gives the platinum member 8 free vouchers for coin gradings . After completion of my renewal with PCGS , I then placed an order with them to grade 8 coins for me . As you can see from attached photo #1 , My order number is ****** . And attached photo #2 is a close up of the price breakdown that PCGS gave me totaling after the 8 free vouchers was applied, came to a total of $186 Almost two months later , Thursday January 11th 2024 , I wake up to see that PCGS had charged , and taken $366.00 from our bank account rather than the $186 that was agreed upon . That is an over charge of $180 and that has now posted . See attached photo #3 1-11-24 I immediately call PCGS , and a recording states that they have reached their call limit for the day , try again tomorrow . I then immediately send them an e-mail. 1-12-24 I get an email from PCGS telling me that my missing/unauthorized charge THAT PCGS TOOK , will take" 10-15 business days " to get back . See attached photo #4 1-12-24 I again attempt to call PCGS , This time I make the call que . I then proceed to sit on the phone for ALMOST TWO HOURS WAITING to speak to a PCGS rep about my stolen money . Nobody ever picks . Again almost 2 hours of just sitting here waiting for them to pick up . See attached photo #5 I am a disabled man that lives solely off my disability benifits .Which means I have a budgeted income in which to pay my bills , So taking/stealing an extra $180 from me , and then telling me to wait " 10-15 BUSINESS days" which could mean February 5th ??? ABSOLUTELY UNNACCEPTABLE !! And what did PCGS offer me ? Absolutely NOTHING !! They couldn't even bother to call me regarding this . This demands immediate attention and a mutual resolution . And PCGS needs to compensate me. Let's be honest " 10-15 Business Days " ?? Have they heard of ***** ? ****** ? Bankwire ? Absolutely Inexcusable.

My coins was submitted to this company, PCGS, and they are avoiding me. I sent my 1964 Kennedy coin to them out of a SMS set. They harshly restored a coin that was almost perfect, damaged it, gave it a low mint state, and declared it a 6800 proof coin. My coin was chalk grey with all characteristics of a 1964 SMS half dollar, that was last sold by Stacks and Bowers. The coin I received looks nothing like the one I sent. I declared my coin value to be $160,000, and all I got was a 2 day rush grading process. The true view of my coin was not accessible until the day I received my coin. I received my coin from *** ** on 2/17/23 and I was highly disappointed. I called PCGS within the first 10 minutes of receiving my coin, and requested a call from a supervisor. A week later, and after calling everyday but Saturday and Sunday, I have yet to speak to a supervisor. All of the representatives that I spoke to had a different response to when I would receive a call back. The day that I was scheduled to receive a call from a supervisor, 3 business days after the request, I was told by another customer service representative that he was at a coin show and another supervisor would reach out. Still no contact from a supervisor. I believe this company doesn’t care about their customers and I will be contacting a lawyer this week. Coin collectors please don’t send coins to this fraud company.

So I have been submitting coins to this company and not only do they over charge me but they undergrade everything I send them and are not grading properly because they are afraid of there warranty to the grade then I was just charged for a restoring service on my coin it went in with altered surface and know coming back to me almost 2 months later in worst condition then I sent them some brand new never even handled by anyone yet world coins and they did not even research what they were and charged me 700 dollars to ruin my coins literally over 5 thousand for these coins never touched by anyone but them also if we are paying so much for this service and they do not tell us why our coin graded the way it has no work up sheet or explanation of why it got the grade it did so all I have to go on is whatever they say we as the consumer have no proof for why our coins grade the way they do this company is ripping people off

On March 2021 this company advertised that for $149.00 I was going to get 3 or 4 coins graded for free, so I paid the $149 and every time I trayed to grade my coins these people wanted additional percentage of the coin so they never did what they promised to grade the coins for free ( I tried 3 times) misleading helps them to steal peoples money and not only they took my money in 2021 this year without any authorization they charged my credit card again for another $149.00 on March 9, 2022 and these thieves sent me the invoice until June 2022 (3 month later). They mislead people to take their money, neglect their promises and they double charge additional money when if they grade your coins, I am sure that if one does not pay the additional percentage they want they will steal your collectible coins or send you one with no value which is not the original collectible coin, They are thieves
