Evil demonic horrible soulless heartless staff. My dog did not survive the drive home between leaving this facility because they refuse to help me because I couldn't calm down because you know my dog was freaking dying. They dosed my three and a half pound Chihuahua with Valium without my consent but wouldn't give her CPR or perform any life-saving measures like giving oxygen or anything without me signing a paper. And when I put on my initials that wasn't good enough for them. They are a bunch of evil people playing games and they do not care. Everyone needs to trust the bad reviews people have left about this place because that is where you will find the truth. I wish nothing but horrible things upon the people I dealt with on Sunday mainly Dr G**** and Gretchen and whatever that disgusting woman's name is at the front desk which I unfortunately did not get to catch her name. Not a single one of you treated me nicely, you have no empathy or care at all and you are working in the wrong industry. Shame on all of you.

mock everybody that called in about their animal making fun of them saying they couldn't pay their bill of the $135 walk-in fee. They wouldn't help me when I called them from the parking lot because I couldn't take my 91 lb dying dog out of my truck. i had to pull him out and he fell and they still didn't help...then they made me wait 2 and 1/2 hours in the waiting room while my dog laid there. They let a girl that worked there go right on back with her dog because it wasn't drinking water and was able to check out right in front of me and she didn't even call they just let her go in front of me.. They told me that I had to come back to the room. I asked them for help. My dog could not get up on his own. They said no. When you get him into the room, please shut the door behind you. So a nice man helped me drag my dog to the room that he was in. They took my dog for 2 to 3 minutes for an x-ray. Came back and told me that he was in so much pain and was dying. Wasn't going to do anything for him and I needed to let him go. They charged me $700 and told me if I didn't pay it all up front that they were going to make me take my dog home with nothing. No pain medicine. Nothing. They were the most terrible people I've ever met in my life. I will never go there again and I hope no one else does. You could have been one of those people that they were making fun of that night and it wasn't just the lady at the desk. She would start it but everybody in the whole place was laughing and she would repeat what they would say and everything. It was terrible. Watched my dog dying and they were laughing and having a good time. My dog's stomach had ruptured and air had gotten into his abdomen. His chest was a mess. His lungs were a mess and they were laughing... The girl at the desk should be fired, if you only heard how she made fun of people's situations it was horrific..i wish i could give 0 stars they don't deserve anything.
