      I had talked to the owner about replacing a sliding door and screen that were defective and he told me that they were ordered and I couldn't reach him again.

      I ordered and paid for a window last November. The owner ended up in the hospital; so we understood the delay. March 13th he said he order the window. He has cut off all communication since.

      Ordered windows with **** "*****" and gave half deposit. He had some medical issues and was unable to reach him for a couple months. I finally got in contact with him around February and he continued to assure me windows would be installed. Windows were made and sitting in the warehouse unpaid. I kept trying to get a solid date from him and nothing. Finally I told him that is not working for me and he replied with, "Ill see you in court then" AVOID. Do not do business with Windowz4Less!! Still waiting on my $8500 refund

      We are senior citizens and saved for new windows. We paid 2000 down and financed the rest thru them. We received all but 1 window and the ones they put in were not complete. We had to pay an extra 600 dollars to get the last window witch we had already payed for . Now they will not answer. Calls or emails We feel they stole from us. Please help

      Had two bathroom windows installed last October. Have made multiple attempts via email, social media, and through phone to contact the company since seeing mold around a bathroom window. All phone numbers are disconnected. The company is not replying through emails or social media. I did finally get in touch with the installation crew supervisor who said he'd take care of things. That was back in Feb. 2023 and I still have not heard anything. Also still have not received the two screens that were to be included with the windows. I have a friend up the road from me who also used the company for two attic windows in Nov. 2022. They did half the job, left gaps in the window installed so you can actually see daylight through the frame. When trying to install the other attic window, they found it was the wrong size. They put her old window back without re-caulking. She's 73 and has had cold air and snow blowing in all winter. We finally had to tape/staple plastic around it. She has not heard from the company since Nov. In addition, the exterior metal wrap around her attic window is dented and poorly done.

      After a botched installation in the middle of October 2022, the salesman & a gentleman claiming to be "one of the owners" of Windowz4Less came to my house on 11/4/22 to remedy the problems with installation of my new windows. I told them at that time that one of my screens had a defect, one window had a defect in the bottom sash, & that I had not been furnished with any information (in writing) about the "lifetime warranty" pertaining to the windows/screens that I purchased & had installed. They said that they would order replacements for these items and when asked how long it would take **** replied "about 2-3 weeks. I made the mistake of paying them , in full, the remaining balance on 11/4/22. I didn't hear from anyone in2-3 weeks, or even 2-3 months, therefore, on March 2, 2023, I texted both representatives to ask where my window sash & screen were. (See Attached sceenshots of attempted texts) The text was returned as undeliverable & I was messaged that I was blocked from both phone #'s. I am at a loss as what to do next. I thought that I would try the BBB before seeking any legal recourse. Please advise.

      I was wanting to have Windowz4less replace 4 windows. 3 for my Living Room and 1 in the bathroom. I did have a sales representative come out from Windowz4 less, Nov. 29, 2022, and measure the windows and he gave me a price of all 4 windows, $3269. The representative then wrote up a contract for the amount of the 4 windows. The total was $3269.....I wrote a check (check number ****) for the amount of $2000 for a down payment. This was Nov. 29, 2022. The check was written for Windowz4Less. I found out April 11,2023 that the business Windowz4less in Peoria was going out of business. I tried calling them ************, but only get a busy tone. I then reached out to the representative and he said he was no longer with this business. I then reached out to **** the contractor that was going to put my windows in ************ April 12, 2023 and he said yes Windowz4less has gone out of business. I would like my money back. ***** ***** *** ******* **** ******* ********* ***** ************

      I had Windowz4Less come and give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and I provided a deposit and signed a sales contract for the work. I put 50% down for them to "order the window" I had to wait 6-12 weeks because of shipping delays for the window to come in. After 12 weeks the "window" supposedly came in. Installers "came" to install the window but the window was "supposed to be delivered" the day before by someone else and apparently the window that was received was broken and they needed to reorder it which should have taken another week or two. The window was "supposedly" available 1 month later but no one ever delivered it to my house or came to install it I have been waiting and trying to contact the company since December to work with them to get this resolved and they have not been responding to me since they said my window came back in. I have tried to call repeatedly and sent multiple emails to the company without them responding.
