              have tried multiple times and multiple ways with no contact from business. I first tried canceling the subscription in person on August 10, 2023. I have tried calling them and messaging them and attempted to submit my cancelation request by their suggested email which ***** refused saying the address did not exist.

              I was a customer for 2 years with no complaints. It was convenient and easy! 6 weeks ago I had $1k worth of damage done to my tailgate. An employee specifically told me that the damage was done by something caught in the brushes. I gave them multiple attempts of communication to fix the damage to my tailgate. My calls were being screened, and only answered if I called off a line they did not recognize. Email communication would take a week to reply. To this day, I can not get the name and number of the owner. I have been persistent, and will not stop until the damage is fixed. Again, never had problems, but when I did have one problem, no one will help. I’d strongly advise one to NOT USE this car wash. I had been using this car wash from the moment I bought my NEW 2020 Highlander. It now has these noted scratches under the spoiler, and a large gash out of the top of it.
