Contacted them for exam & quote. Told the dentist I have *** and wanted to know if I could wear my splint over the bottom teeth. I also wanted to know if any of my teeth could be saved. He said they were all bad. I was told they had in in-house Lab who would work with me on the *** issue. Oct 26 I had all teeth pulled. Then a lump starting appearing in the front. The woman assigned to me asked if it hurt, I said no, she & the dentist both said ignore it and put a hole in the denture for the limo. The Lump kept growing and The first set of dentures were too big. The woman made the hole a little bigger. The woman had to make a new set since the originals didn't fit & the lump got bigger. The 2nd set didn't fit and the lump kept growing. She made the hole in the denture a little bigger to accommodate the lump.By April I knew I needed help - so I called a dentist who sent me to *********** in ******** who's a *** specialist. Aspen ignored by written request to forward my records. I called *********** said: We didn't get it. SO, I copied the ************* it certified. I got a call from ***** who said You called a Specialist? I told her I did & please get my records to ************ 1 year later still no teeth. I will now have to pay again to get dentures and see about getting the lump removed. It's still growing.Business response
