      I purchased a feeder from them on 02-18-24.I received a damaged taped up box.After opening it up I saw that it was missing 4 major components.With out them the feeder is useless.Ive called,Ive emailed several times with not one responce.My order number is 6160.

      Ordered on November 4th delivered on November 8th. Started assembly of feeder November 11th and timer control would not turn on. Emailed them and was told a new timer would be shipped. Keep contacting them and am told it'll be shipped by the end of the week. It is now December 13th and still not shipped. Would just like to return everything for a full refund.

      Tectonic ********************************************************** ************ ***************************************** I ordered a product from them on 9/17/22. They are giving me the run around about my order. They told me it would be shipped and they sent me a tracking number. *** said they still don&#**;t have the package. When I call, it rings four times and then hangs up. I can only contact them by email. They were not helpful the last time I spoke to them.

      For this message I'm referring to Case 18208915.  

       

      ********************* did order on our pre-sale on 9/17/22

      At that time we were expected to ship his package at the end of the month 9/30/22. However we had one minor delay in the factory that caused a pushed back and made us halt production. 

      When ***** contacted us we told him about the delay and stated why we were in a dely. (Screenshot 2022-10-17 172716)

       

      Once that was said he then spammed us with emails asking for help one week later. After the spam, we ended up getting on the line with ***** and talked with him to ensure him his package is being shipped out on the 11th.

      One more thing I would like to add. Our phone line is currently being ran by one person and we are trying to hire another. However the one person can't always get to everyone. We open at 9am and end at 5 pm with an hour lunch at 12. Some times its hard for him to get to everyone however we try our best! 

       

      If I can be a help to ***** in a better way or if he needs help with anything else I would be happy to do so!
