            On March 4th,2023, I went to the shop to change my front break pads. They said it would take $180dollars. I thought it was reasonable, so i drove my car there. Then they said I need change the rotor as well, totally cost about $360. Although it is double the price, I also comprised. Before their shop closed that day, they told me I also need change calipers and the bill went up to over $1300, otherwise, my car can not drive. It is far beyond $180 when I called them. So I asked them stop and bring everything back. But they refused and kept my car in their store force me to pay. Before I went to their shop, my car run good. Brake light indicated I need new pads, but the brake worked good, no noise and functional good. After their work, it totally failed. They kept my car and force me to pay them labor fee for their service which actually broke my car.Just want to know how to get my car back and prevent they doing some sort of hidden damage to my car. And even if I get my car back, it does not work now, I may have no car to drive for couples of weeks in future because of their service. I also have to pay significant amount of money to another machines to clean up their failure work.
