      March 9 2022 I took my truck to auto shop told them I needed a ball joint repair and Lao explains to them I was having issues passing emissions and about gas not working.was told by ***** a lady who works there my truck would be ready in two days.i was supposed to receive a call that day about price and job that needed to get done never got that call so I call the next day spoke to the owner *** and was told he call me back played phone tag all day woth him that day then was told car wouldnt be able to get fix over the weekend cause they dont work weekends just to receive parts..mind you the whole time Im taking Uber to and from work And he tell me I didnt need a ball join t I had lose bolts that needed to be tight and I needed an alignment so I told him fix it I just need my truck he said ok tomorrow then I tell him for sure he said yes we got into a di agreement he called me ignorant and then told me if I didnt t like how he worked on my truck I could pick it up I told him Im just trusted because two days turned into a week woth my truck and it costing me money to take Ubers everyday he said he was tryin his best to get my truck fixed and I try to understand that but everytime I called him he was out the office or at lunch when I finally got my truck back he was rude and racist made very disrespectful comment about a female worker there also to me . I picked up my *********** noticed it was still a vibrating to it while driving so I lifted it at home and of course doin the same thing and still pulling to the side as Im driving so I got charged ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** for and I called them and was told they checked the car mf everything was fine but ***** sys she rember me goin for a ball joint cause I said I felt it was goin to fall out .so now Im here **** out of money and. Truck I cant drive because i feel it risky to drive

      Hello,

      My apologies for the delay just got back into town.

      So yes, this was a customer of ours and we did service their vehicle. The vehicle had a lot of problems going on and we tried our best to rectify everything the 1st time but unfortunately some problems aren't apparent until other problems are fixed and things break in afterwards. After the initial repair and alignment services were done one of the ball joints did start to fail which wasn't noticeable during the our after the service inspection or test drive of the vehicle. This issue did happen after he picked up the vehicle and started driving it around for a few days. Also we do feel the customers pain on the delay receiving the needed parts for the job but unfortunately due to the pandemic and shipping delays parts just seem not to be received and delivered as fast as we would like these days and sometimes there is nothing we can do but try to explain the process so people don't get upset. As soon as the shop found out about the issue from the customer they told them to come back and everything would be taken care of, not to worry sometimes things happen and apologized. By that time, the upset customer had already filed the complaint with the BBB in a more then angry and fictitious fashion by calling us racist (we have a wide range of nationalities at our shop: Asian, Latin & Caucasian) & sexiest (we have 3 women & 6 guys that work at this location). When people are mad they say things that probably shouldn't have been said and twist the truth a bit as in the case of him calling us racist & sexiest. We understand that they were angry when they wrote this complaint but then after the fact we did our best to apologize and rectify the issue and we certainly did our best by going above and beyond.

      We did several other services all for free after the fact at no cost to try to make up for it including replacing the failed part, re-aligning it, rotating and balancing all 4 tires, inspecting the entire vehicle with a fine toot comb, test driving it several times to make sure there was no other possibilities of anything else failing and or anything to complain about. Everything was taken care of above and beyond until the problems were rectified to the fullest and to the customers liking.

      I am rejecting this response because:I went in the shop and told them what I needed fone witch was a ball joint and alignment and my check engine light was on and my truck was shakin the problems are not solved at all I just want my money back or for some to fix the problem I dont trust them anymore and they fired the one person tryin to help me there I dont know what other proof yall need I got picture and codes that are still on and they broke my speed sensors

      Okay, so now you are being a bit untruthful. For 1 we never fired anyone, I'm not sure what you are talking about. Maybe you are calling the wrong number? Our number is ************ which I know you have because that is the number you called us on to make the appointment to come back in, early Monday morning, that you never showed up to aka you blew us off. You didn't call us to reschedule it when you knew and we told you that we would schedule a mechanic to come in extra early just to take care of you.

      For 2, 3, 4, etc, when your vehicle left the 2nd time it was not shaking and there were no lights on just like the 1st time you left after you picked it up. When you did bring it back we did change the ball joint that failed after the fact, re-align it, and balanced for free your bigger problematic rims and tires that were way out of balance. After multiple test drives, suspension wise, it was riding as smooth as can be is all we know and all we can say at this time.

      As for the check engine light, when you returned it indeed did come back on. Right off the bat you had several emissions related problems that the other repair shop you were going to previously had tried to fix and there were multiple codes when you 1st came in. When you came back the check engine light was on due to an emissions related problem, a different problem with a different code all together, like we told you may happen due to whatever the other shop did originally and or an emissions system is a system of components that work together. Hence sometimes you have to fix one component to get the rest of the system to work and function properly and then other emissions related components don't do their job / duty until later down the road which varies depending on all circumstances at hand. The original problems, we fixed, and after testing it appeared to be fine. When it came back, the check engine light computer data proved that to us and showed us it unfortunately had other problems that weren't apparent because other components had to be fixed 1st in order to get the rest of the system to function properly which was not apparent during testing due to in some cases certain circumstances have to be met in order to get to that point. These circumstances can be bumps, temperatures, dust, dirt, time, driving conditions, etc. Which we could have continued and fixed it but it was apparent that you the customer did not want to spend anymore money at that point.

      As for the speed sensor codes as you say, check engine light and all other lights were off when you left both times and we broke nothing as far as I know. Bigger aftermarket rims can and do make problems with speed sensors, speedometer, gear ratios, etc, and may be throwing things off. You had an appointment that you didn't show up to so at this point we are uncertain of how you would like to proceed besides, you want money back for services that were already rendered and needed to help pay for other problems at hand.

      I'm so disappointed in the lies this company is telling, but I guess after all I shouldn't expect  much from them.  

      On March 8th,  I brought my tahoe in for repair and explained to the lady ( whom no longer works there) I wanted several things looked at on my Tahoe,  1?? of the top 3 items was my ball joint that you see on my invoice.  They fixed all but my ball joint on this day.  I picked up my Tahoe 
      (Add date) and contacted the lady the next day that  my Tahoe is still having the same problem I brought it in for, she explained to me "that her mechanics said everything was tight that their wasn't a problem".   So,  I took it apond myself and jacked up my Tahoe and video taped the problem, the shaking in the wheel.  The lady told me to bring it back. I went the next morning and the Mechanic who worked on my Tahoe put my truck on the lift and found that the ball joint was no good and apologized for missing the issue. 

      *** told me that these other parts needed to be replaced and this is what was causing my problem, $1700.00 dollars worth of problems.  

      They replaced my ****** arms when I just had them put on 3 months ago.  I'm sick over this whole mess. 

      I also, I want to add that *** says he has all these people working for him, when the mechanic said it's just him and one other guy and from what I saw everyone working at that shop is white, just saying.   

      *** said racist and sexist things to me that I will not repeat.  
      Maybe that's why that girl doesn't work there anymore.
