On 2/16/2022 I paid $47.81 to try out 3 classes for my 15 & 9 year olds. I was present the days they went. They were given great workouts. I decided to sign them up. On 3/3/2022 I paid them $175 (monthly fee for the family plan) and paid for boxing gloves ($60.00 for 3). I took my kids with me the first 2 classes. The first class they said we could all go together. While there, we basically got instructed what to do and after that were left the entire hour just standing around. Both of the trainers were with others or on their phones. I didnt say anything and hoped the following class would be better. We showed up again a 2nd time and the same thing happened. We did not get a workout and no one seemed to care if we were doing ok. We left the class I texted the instructor Axel and told him I was unhappy and would not be returning. He did not care or asked why. I asked to get a refund as we only went 2 classes and were dissatisfied. He never answered my text. I text him a couple of times with no answer. I never got a call back. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I did not think it was fair to pay all that money to not get a workout and all the trainers were too busy to train. Never did I get a refund or a call.
