I was told a two day job and it was finished in one day

We had wood floors refinished, a new wood floor installed and new carpet installed. The project manager was extremely helpful with his forward thinking and anticipating issues that may come up and addressing them ahead of time. The project manager came up with a solution regarding the dining room floor, and the result is that the kitchen and dining room flowed seamlessly. Also appreciated the willingness to work within our budget. *** had thought the hall closet was wood, which was included in the estimate, when he realized that it was carpet, he credited back the money. Class Act all the way! Communication about different phases of the work, start and stop days and times were fantastic! Received texts day of with ETAs. Crew was friendly and hardworking. Honestly, the wood floor and carpet look better now than the day we moved in (when the house was new)! I would highly recommend Floors Come True.

Floors come true is customer service at it's finest. From the moment you book a free consultation, you are met with a level of professionalism not too common with businesses these days. ***** is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in laymen's terms - not throwing around fancy jargon but not being condescending either. What shocked me was the cost - I thought he had made a mistake but he didn't. With that level of professionalism, I thought it would have cost 3xs more. He kept us updated on everything, up until the day of the installation. His specialist came and worked diligently and respectfully. While working, they noticed another issue, explained it, and went to work to resolve it. That should've been another cost because it was not anticipated. We didn't even mind paying because we understood that that was additional labor and hours. But ***** stood by his initial quote and honored it regardless. The final result was a flawless, seamless floor that ran from the living room area into the dining room area - without breaking the bank. They basically resolved two botched projects from previous "professionals." My only regret was that I didn't know about this company long before. We would have been enjoying our new home without this headache for a while. But I guess you have to experience the worst, to better appreciate the best. We are truly appreciate the experience.

The team at Floors Come True came in to demo my floor prior to some slab repair and then came back to lay new floor after. The team was incredibly hard working and efficient and worked with me to pull off a tight turnaround schedule with minimal disruptions to the house. And the end result looks great!
