      I have used this company for several years to clean our cans and they always do a great job plus take pictures of the before and after so you can see the difference. Several neighbors also use their service and want me to let them know when I'm getting scheduled. I look forward to starting fresh twice a year with what they do. Communication is also not a problem as long as I don't neglect my messages and have payment out under my doormat as requested.

      This will be my third year with them, really a neat service to get done and theyre very friendly in person. I think the owner just might be in a hurry so he isnt lingering over conversation, and some interpret that as rude. Its a nice service to have done before bringing in the trash cans for the long winter!

      The customer service is horrible. They neglected to send me what type of payment methods to use. the night before. The owner then called up to argue with me that I had obviously missed the text message after I sent back all of their own text messages. I did not have the cash waiting and they blamed me. Do not use . They are the rudest company I have dealt with in any field in a long time. The ad on ******** is very slick, but they are awful.

      Do Not use Eco Bin Trash cleaners to clean your garbage cans as they have terrible customer service. They made a scheduling error on us. Yes, it was a mistake. When I showed them the text and spoke with them calmly as the day they will be here next time we cant do this as we wont be home, the owner asked how could they make this right. They couldnt come to me today, which I understood. I asked to credit me 10$ that I would be giving to someone to pull the cans out as we are not there. He said no way and said he works to make good prices and hung up on me. Yes, I understand mistakes. I understand he chose no. I was about to say ok, have a good day and use another company. The fact that he was rude and hung up is completely unprofessional! The owners name is *********************. Just wanted to share and let people know as we all have a choice. And I will choose another company. FYI, the owner expects all transactions to be cash in envelopes or checks made out to him personally.

      Our school district recommended this business. We have three children in SD 308 and work with many parents and educators in this district, therefore we attempted to use this recommendation. We were scheduled for 6/2/22 and received a confirmation text per their process. On the day of our scheduled service, I sent a text to confirm the service would be completed. There was no indication of a change in date or time. At 4:19 pm I sent another text to confirm the service would be completed and I received a text "We moved to tomorrow to account for holiday pick up this week." When I asked clarifying questions as to why I was not notified of the change either prior to the change or in the morning when I confirmed the service, I received this text from the business "To be honest I didn't know you got moved, my apologies, I set appointments, but I don't route and sometimes people get moved when they're routed and I don't always know."I asked for a manager to call me back and spoke to the owner *********************. As I explained my experience with scheduling, confirmation, and my frustration with the multiple confusing texts, **** stated she is new and messed up. "What do you want me to do about it?" He continued to state, "We will be there tomorrow, I don't see what the problem is, it is not like you lost electricity or cable." When I attempted to explain we needed to reschedule due to personal reasons and the work being done on our home, **** proceeded to raise his voice, talk over me, refuse to let me speak, had pressured speech, and speak rapidly. **** stated, "I am about to have dinner with my family, I said she was new, I said she sent the wrong date, how do you want me to resolve this." I stated to ****, that our school district recommended the business, and.... he again cut me off and stated "we do a lot of work for ****** and so on and so on." I stated I would be reaching out to SD 308 to discuss the encounter. **** laughed and stated, "I am not worried, th
