      We are requesting a full $1740 refund due to a breach of services as described and promised from *********************************************** and Corey Sanford following the *******/ Schuschel wedding on 9/3/2022 at the ****************************. We contacted Corey via email (Schedule B) in a good faith effort to amicably resolve our dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided prior to our BBB complaint. Corey refused and his response was hostile and aggressive.Although we prepared extensively for our 8/30/2022 planning session, Corey rushed through the call. At our wedding, despite our 100% payment prior to the event, Corey had neglected to focus the proper time, review and attention to our preparation meeting, documented timeline, list of songs, and thorough instructions. Critically important DJ moments like the Bouquet Toss, Wedding Party Introductions, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Mother/Groom dance and others were all ruined by embarrassing errors. In addition, Corey did not bring a DJ assistant and only brought two DJ stations instead of three as promised. Disregarding explicit instuctions, Corey played over 30 minutes of songs that were not on our set music list and took an obscure song request which was strictly forbidden. Corey was also rude and belligerant to our guests and vendors. When we politely asked Corey about all of this, he became confrontational, discontinuted services prematurely and left 20 minutes early thereby breaching our contract. Given the advertised level of experience, we expected Corey to perform professionally and he did not. A chronological summary of the errors, inconsistencies and omissions is attached (Schedules A-I). We also have videographer proof available.The false pretenses and promises that were advertised to us to sign an expensive contract with Highland Preferred and failure to provide contracted services are unacceptable, unprofessional, negligent and constitute a violation of verbal and written agreement.

      I signed a contract 7/27/2022 for a hummer limousine service on 09/10/2022 from 2-6pm. I paid the company on the date of the contract $618.00 for this service. On the date of the event it was 245pm and no one was at the location of pick up. I called didnt get an answer; I texted Corey directly who is who I reached out for service. He said the hummer had the ** broken; he had sent 2 ********, then he said that there was a time misunderstanding with his partner and they had 330 pm waited until 330 no one showed, I was told I would get refunded and at this point I asked for a full refund. I gave it a few days and I contacted Corey again Wednesday Sept 14,2022 he said he would send a full refund via zelle or venmo same day. I sent him my email address and asked for a refund via zelle, still today Thursday September 15th I have not yet received refund.
