      Paid $1000 in the beginning of March for a job. He told me 3 days it will be done. It is now the last day of July and Im still waiting. The few times he does answer there is always an excuse on why it hasnt been completed. He post daily on ******** about all the work he has and now hes taking jobs in **** as well but it seems to be a pattern with other complaints he just takes money and never returns. I wish I looked him up before accepting his offer.

      Due to lots spring rain storms here and ****. Some health issues have not been able to get back . Storm damage always comes first did not expect this to be so long to get back will be resolving very soon . We just had a tornado out break . Be getting Los ends wrapped in next few weeks

      I hired him to cut down a tree. He quit as soon as I paid him promising to be back and never has. He did half the tree I told him give back half the money or finish the job. Another phone number is ************.

      I am rejecting this response because: It rained Monday and Tuesday. Sunshine today and still no one has come and done nothing to ********* with me or my husband. As in the past I hear problems but no resolutions to the problem. This continues with the same approach, and of course problem still at hand.

      I hired ******* 05/13/23 to trim, cut down, and remove some trees. They quickly began work, but they soon left and would come back a few days later, only to leave again. It was another 2 weeks before they came back, but they only did a small amount of work then left. They left a mess of logs and branches.I would check in periodically to see when they might be coming back, but there was always a reason why they could not come back: I'm in Iowa, I got a puppy, it's too hot, my son had too much fun over the weekend, I got poison ivy, had to get stitches in my leg... With each explanation of his absence I was told he would be back in a week. The last reply he said he didn't even know who this was or what it was about. It's now 5+ months later and the job is still not done, and he has stopped replying to texts and emails.It would be nice to have the last tree removed and the stumps ground out per his invoice/agreement, but at this point I would be happy with a refund for the $250 for the ***** grinding since they never started this. I will have to hire another tree service to complete the job.05/13/23: ******* quoted for trimming, cutting down some trees and grinding the stumps. I agreed to the quote, paid him $1200 to begin the work. Some light work began but they soon left. ******* said he'd come back tomorrow.05/17/23: ******* came back and cut down most of the agreed upon trees. He said he would be back tomorrow to finish, asked to be paid the final amount, with a "unless you dont trust me" remark. Against my better judgement I paid the remaining balance entrusting he would honor his word and come back to complete the job.06/02/23: ******* came back to load some cut logs, but left saying it would be another load. This was the last time they were here.06/04/23: Too hot, be a week 06/16/23: Poison ivy, be another week 07/27/23: it'll be another week 08/05/23: cut leg with chainsaw, be a week 08/29/23: so far behind on work, it'll be a week (last reply)

      I called ********************************* in response to his advertisement left at my front door. On 11/1/21 he agreed in writing to remove brush within two feet of my house including a small tree and several shrubs leaving stumps at ground level, and to remove the resulting pile of debris ******************* in exchange for $1,800. He completed that work on Monday, 11/1/21, but left 6"-high stumps for people to trip over while walking to my front door. ********************************* agreed to return the next day to powerwash the house and clean the gutters for an additional $300. I paid him the initial $1,800 and another $100 in advance on 11/1/21. He did not return for the next three days, but then said he would begin working at 10 am on 11/5/21. He arrived at 4 pm only to remove his debris-filled flatbed trailer left on my front lawn for five days, and to ask me for an additional $20 to fill his car with gasoline. He then illegally dumped the branches onto someones nearby farmland, and drove home. He has now been paid $120 of the $300 for work he never performed. I would like to have my $120 returned, and I definitely do not want ********************************* on my property again. I called him repeatedly during the next 42 days receiving a multitude of excuses. He showed up only once for 30 minutes on 11/10/21, power washed only one side of my garage, and none of the house. He then said he was cold, and left. It was 60 degrees, not cold. (1) ********************************* is not bonded, carries no general liability insurance, and has no workers compensation insurance for walking around on the roof or for using a chainsaw. (2) ********************************* removed trees leaving 6"-high stumps for people to trip over while walking to my front door. (3) ********************************* pestered my neighbors, asking one to cash my $1,800 check, and borrowing a ladder from another neighbor.       The above statements are not all true we removed all trees around house all degree and have a farm field and ****** i have been working with for years the weather changed and it was not reality to presure wash or put up gutter guard. All bushes and weed trees were cut ground level.this was around 16. 18 trees and weed trees along with bushes that had grown into sidding and gutters we have every intention of pressure washing and putting up gutter guards this spring. We also put ground clear were needed property was unkept many years. The only reason not 100 percent complete weather was to cold to preasure wash. Est time to complete half days work wich made clear would happen in spring

      I am rejecting this response because ********************************* fails to respond to complaints (1) He is not bonded, carries no general liability insurance, and has no workers compensation insurance for walking around on the roof or for using a chainsaw. (3) He pestered my neighbors, asking one to cash my $1,800 check, and borrowing a ladder from another. (5) ********************************* drove 198 miles on 11/2/21 to cash my 11/1/21 check at my bank so that I could not stop payment when he did not show up for work on 11/2/21 and thereafter. I had offered to cash the check in Rockford while he worked on my yard. Instead, he drove from his home in Polo to my bank in Barrington, 99 miles each way. (6) ********************************* has a voluminous supply of excuses. He falsely responds: "The only reason not 100% complete weather was to [sic] cold to preasure [sic] wash." The weather was unusually warm when he failed to show up for 42 consecutive days beginning on 11/2/21.

      11/2/21 > He said he would be here at noon. He never showed up. Excuse: son has a basketball game at 3:45 pm.

      11/3/21 > He said he would be here at 11 am. He never showed up, and never answered the phone.

      11/4/21 > He said he would be here in the morning. He never showed up. Excuse: he texted that his adult son ***** has a migraine; therefore, he, *******, will not work today.

      11/5/21 > He said he would be here at 10 am. He arrived at 4 pm, removed his flatbed trailer from my front lawn, then drove home.

      11/6/21 > Excuse: son is "performing at town football game at 12:30 pm."

      11/7/21> Excuse: His truck broke down.

      11/8/21 > Excuse: Doing outdoor painting for someone else, then has to take sick kid to a doctor.

      11/9/21 > Excuse: ******* has a doctor's ************ and his kid is home sick.

      11/10/21 > He showed up for only 30 minutes, then said he was cold, and left. It was 60 degrees, not cold.

      11/11/21 > Excuse: He says he misplaced his cell phone. Excuse: He took one-year-old to emergency room. He did not show up.

      From 11/12/21 to 11/22/21 > He said he would be here each day, but never showed up.

      11/23/21 > His phone message says he is taking a week off for Thanksgiving.

      From 11/24/21 to 12/12/21 he did not answer the phone and did not return messages.

      12/13/21 > He texted that he would clean my gutters today. Then he did not show up. Excuse: at 3:28p he texted claiming to be home with Covid.

      On 11/1/21 he was paid $120 for work he never performed. I would like to have my $120 returned.

      Dates are correct job was done besides preasure washing to cold to do left preasure washer at homeowners house me and son got covid middle son went to house no gutter guards were there we will be starting our season next week and stopping by to finish preasure washing if allowed to do so or pay back the ****** custamere also has a cell that doesn't work well so communication was hard plan to resolve in next ten days

      On 3/30/22 ********************************* responded: "we will be ... stopping by to finish preasure [sic] washing if allowed to do so or pay back the ****** ... plan to resolve in next ten days." I will not allow further work to be done. If ********************************* returns my $120 as he says he will, my complaint will have been resolved. On 3/30/22 he stated that he will pay back the $120 "in next ten days." That would be on or before 4/9/22.
