I had my basement walls reinforced with multiple steel beams because of cracking, bowing and water leaks in April, 2022,by Rupprecht Foundation Repair. The job went well. However, the crew missed sealing a significant crack when doing this job, and when we had the heavy rains late summer, I had water trickling thru the crack into the basement. After several texts/messages, Roger finally contacted me. He told me someone would be here the next day to seal the crack, and would call before they came. I waited, for over a week, and neither happened. I once again left a message and have not heard back!! The crack remains after the original job, and there is also a 25 year Warranty on the work. Disappointing poor Customer Service!

I had already received quotes from multiple companies with a wide variety of potential solutions and costs, and I am confident that Roger provided the best reasonably priced solution tailored to my situation. Also, while he was there for the physical inspection, he was very friendly and offered additional advice on some other topics beyond the scope of my bowing walls. His team did a great job implementing their solution, and it was obvious that they were very experienced and knowledgeable. I am confident that my basement walls won’t have any further movement. My 100+ year old house had developed major issues, both in my basement & outside my house around the foundation. Having no clue about these types of problems, it has been a pleasure working with Roger Rupprecht and his crew. Roger was so patient helping me understand the process from quote to finish of the project. This is the 1st time I’ve ever had a final payment to a contractor be the lowest one in the bid range, which I believe speaks to Roger’s honesty. Roger’s work even included complete cleanout of my decades of accumulated junk in the basement & also my garage and yard & a new driveway to prevent the drainage problems I had. I was so worried about having this done since I couldn’t image how I would ever do that by myself, but Roger solved all my problems with a smile. I now have water-tight concrete basement walls with steel beams, a wonderful handrail installed to go down those scary stairs, a new sump pump and concrete applied outside around the foundation repairing the crumbling leaking original bricks, all painted to match the rest of my house. This was a big project, but I can honestly say I would not hesitate to recommend Roger Rupprecht and his crew – they made something I’ve dreaded for so long into a dream come true, and my basement is no longer a horrible scary place – Thank you Roger & crew!
