Just under a year ago, I paid for shrubs to be removed and a fence installed. I was asked to pay before the job was complete because the owner needed to leave earlier. I called the following day to ask why the shrub stumps were not removed and to let them know that the gate was too small (I told them I needed to be able to get my riding lawn mower through the gate. I was told the owner would come to the house several times and he never showed. He said he was having health issues but refused to have someone else from the company come to the house. Ive been calling and emailing for a year and ** told someone will be out and they dont show or I dont get a response to my calls/emails. I have asked twice for a refund, so I can hire someone else to complete the work and have not received a response.Initial Complaint

Very poor workmanship. Have been contacting business for almost 4 months with no response. Paid $7600 for a fence that has uneven pickets, large gaps, crooked posts.
