            I hired Midwest development and installation in June 2023, for a kitchen and basement remodel. July 2023 I paid in full for my cabinets. August 2023 he started work on my house. As of today April 2024 I do not have a kitchen. He has damaged my microwave and dishwasher. Has not completed any of the work he started. He disconnected my sumpump and my basement has flooded twice. all new doors are damaged. front door is damaged and my door to my basement is damaged. My stairs have gaps in them from the flooring not being put in properly. my fireplace was cracked when putting in the new electric fireplace. and was not installed properly. the bathroom in the basement is not complete. Still don't have a door on the shower. I am having problems with my lights going in and out since he put new lighting in. I asked for a refund for the kitchen i did not get,and for his insurance information. I was told in March 2024 I would get a refund for the kitchen. He has stopped returning my messages, and hasn't come back to finish my remodel

            Caleb is not professional to deal with. Zero star for him. He didn't finish the job that he's supposed to do. I paid him half of the estimate price. He didn't come back or say anything. He's still have 3/4 job to do. I kept calling him, texting him and left a message but he never answered. Until now, never heard of him. I won't recommend him. You better watch out of this guy. He's not reliable.
