The landlord didn’t issue anything about internet connection issues around the apartment areas and so for some reason he has shut off my internet connection. I have paid my rent bill for the month and so there should be no reason why it should be shut off. I’ve had problems with the landlord, ****** or whatever his name is, and I don’t think I should suffer any distress because he doesn’t care for me. I will have my family as well as the military association for this matter. Thank you for your time, ******* ***** P.S. The picture shows that I don’t have internet access. I also have a picture of the money order that I had paid my rent. I was told that I had $55.00 in credit paid ahead so I paid $580.00.Business response

This tenant does not call us when there is an issue. We have a third party provider for internet that went out briefly. She did not contact us at all she contacts the BBB. She has filed the BBB in the last 6months. Her internet was probable was out for an hour in the middle of the night. The internet is connected. The tenant has many options to communicate with us and she does not.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I tried to talk to him but he does not answer his phone. I'm the only apartment with no electricity. I did contact the police and they told me that because I have young kids he can't just kick me out. I have had so many problems in the last 2 months with this apartment. If the fuses are blown it would click to the middle and every single one is fine. I have no electricity and I am up to date on my electric. There is black mold in my apartment, my family tried to contact him and nothing is getting done.
